These folks have zero idea about customer follow up. Only SALES!! Tommy is nothing more than a used car salesman, selling a bag of poop! The day I signed my contract, they deducted the full month's service. There was one guy that came out to spray for weeds in our beds. The next days it rains, and it killed the surrounding grass. They came out a week later, after I called, and cut 1/2 the yard. They claimed it was too wet. The crew leader (wearing a Bama hoodie) told me that the would be back out the next week to get it all done. Today, 2 Fridays later, I reached out to the salesman, he left me on "read" (see picture). I then called the office, and the young lady proceeded to protect the company, not caring for the customer. She said they were coming out today. I did tell her that if it's morning, it will still be wet. That a good account manager would have know that. "account manager??", she replied. And then laughed at me. They could not give me a time or a schedule. I AM THE CUSTOMER, you IDIOTS!!! Take your contacts and your lack of customer service and shove them up your......!!! Installed an irrigation system a month ago. We called them the day after because one sprinkler isn't on right and is causing a corrosion problem. Dana said he would stop by that night. Never showed up. Called several times, no response. Called today and asked to speak to a manager. She said she would give him a message. We still haven't tslked to anyone and noone has come to fix the issue. Guess I'll have consult an attorney for any corrective action from this company. BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT USE KELLY read more

I've been a customer for about 8 years now and this company had fallen apart. I get texts that they're going to come out and nobody shows. The most recent incident was awful. Nobody showed, so they rescheduled. The next time they put the sign in the yard and my security camera showed the guy at the door, but no evidence of the lae being treated. I've called them 4 times about the same issue and have been told a manager will call me back, haven't heard a peep from anyone. I also prepaid for the full year. This is the last year for me, too many good companies out there to waste my time and money on these guys. it's a shame too, they used to be the best service I had. read more

My lawn looks like it has never been treated for weeds at all..their sales manger Scott is horrible, does not deliver on his resolution. I have used them for years, this year has been a huge dissapointment. My neighbors that use other lawn services -have no weeds... yet mine looks like there is NO lawn service. Terrible communication and terrible management. This team lied and stated that they came out to my residence three seperate times when noone actually showed up. I have multiple cameras on my property and NEVER saw a Kelly associate or truck ever pull onto my residence. Noone came to the door, noone called me, noone notified me... yet the supposedly showed up. When you attempt to speak to someone in the office, you'll pretty much always get the voicemail and no real answers or help, just approximations and alot of finger pointing AT the customer. When I told the office about the issues and explained that I have cameras there, disproving what was being said, she laughed it off and told me "that's he say, she say"... no... ma'am it's video proof... Why not just confirm with the customer what MAY have happened, apologize for the inconvenience and ask the customer how you can make it right? Very happy that I did not start my services with this company!! READ THE REVIEWS!! They said they sprayed our lawn and spread fertilizer on it but they didn't. Fertilizer and weed killer both have a very distinct smell and I walked my entire yard and wiped my hand across 6 or 7 places 20 minutes after they clamed to treat my yard and there was no smell at all. They then charged me $39.60 for doing nothing. Do not do business with this company. They are liars and cheats. They do not keep their word. read more

I contacted (3) companies to quote chemical treatment services. (1) never contacted me...and I regularly see them in my subdivision. (1) followed up with me but didn't cover my area...and recommended the 3rd company. The 3rd company didn't follow up from an online request so I called them since they were recommended by a competitor. They scheduled an appt to visit my home and provide a quote. That was the last time I heard from them. I called KLM and they have been a pleasure to work with so far. They scheduled an appt and followed thru afterward with a detailed analysis and a quote. Their pricing is very reasonable and billing procedures are painless. I have now received the 1st treatment and looking forward to a lasting relationship and quality results. I received a thank you card this past weekend from KLM, thanking me for my business. Customer service seems to be a priority at KLM. read more

The worst landscaping/lawn service we have ever used! We have a year contract to cut our grass, shrubs & chemically treat out lawn. Chemical guy does a fine job. The lawn & shrubs looks terrible! We used to have a beautiful yard & shrubs trimmed nicely. The few shrubs they have trimmed, looks like my 6 year old grandson did it! Not sure why they haven't trimmed other 16 shrubs that are hanging over our walkway. My husband has called 3 times over the months & no improvement. read more

Very Unprofessional. Poor customer service and business etiquette. My husband and I decided to find another landscaping company after noticing that we were paying monthly and work was not being completed. The last straw was when our front yard was destroyed (supposedly the lawn was cut with broken blades) . We had management come view our many complaints which they confirmed, work had not been done, HOWEVER, informed us that since we no longer want to let them destroy our lawn that we owe an extra $400+. When I asked for a printout showing what that extra money was for I received no response, just invoices with increased amounts(interest). I've sent numerous emails with no response. Let's be professional, put your words in writing if you feel you are right. They want money but will not be accountable for their piss poor workers and the work, or lack there of that they do. By the way their workers will sit in front of your house for an hour doing nothing, get out do bare minimum and you'll still be charged full price. Employees have been fired for this, others still do it. But Kelly will still expect you to pay. read more

Excellent service!!! I had an irrigation system installed, landscape lighting and lots of planting done. Weather delayed start time, but as soon as the project started it was done in 2 days. Despite all the digging, my lawn looked undisturbed. Kept me in the loop on what and when. Walked-through after to show me how things worked. Pricing was reasonable. They convinced me to put in a sprinkler system in my backyard. We had just laid fresh sod, they tore up my yard to put the sprinkler system in and for a year now our yard is uneven, the grass is dead where they dug up and it looks horrible. I have called 10-15 times over the course of a year and emailed at least 10 times and they still have not made it right. I would NEVER recommend them. read more
