Good customer service! Great coffee! The wait is always excessive. Came for coffee at 10 AM, there were four cars ahead of me and we didn't move one car for 18 minutes. At that rate, decided to leave because I didn't want to be late to work. This isn't the first time I've waited for a crazy amount of time. Also, I love banana products and was expecting a fresh banana flavor with the smoothies and shakes but it had the over ripened banana flavor with both items I tried. These are the absolute best Barista's in the state of Washington (hands-down!). They consistently provide superior customer service and are always really friendly and fast. My wife and I stop by quite often and I must say, we are so pleased to have found an alternative to Starbucks! While the cost is significantly lower, they don't skip a beat on being professional baristas and proving you with one of the best tasting coffee drinks you have ever tasted! 3 stars for a low price and okay mocha. -2 stars for poor customer service. After waiting a little bit, we got to the window and were greeted with an unsmiling lady who simply said a terse 'hi', in a tone that made me wonder if she wanted us to leave without ordering. Then she just stared at us. No 'what can I make you?' or anything. So, we ordered and she turned away. The girl who rang us up seemed sweet, so we still tipped, but if we had only interacted with the gal making the drinks, we wouldn't have tipped. I don't need a conversation or anything, but I don't like feeling that I'm an inconvenience to the barista. Probably won't go back. read more

Great little coffee drive-through! I got a vanilla latte and it was quite tasty. Just the right amount of sweetness. Thankfully there wasn't a long wait, and I was able to zip in and out in under 5 minutes. Definitely stopping my the next time I want to treat myself to a coffee on the go. Ahhh my goshhhh. I tried Kelly Latte's for the first time today, and I'm both completely overjoyed and a little sad. Why am I sad, you ask? Well, I work at Starbucks and have never brought myself to agree that the coffee tastes burnt.... Until today. Kelly Latte's has shown me what my espresso drinks SHOULD be tasting like! I almost gave this place four stars because of the wait, but now I realize that they're so much more personable here and it's not all about time, and how fast you get the drinks out of the window. The baristas actually talk to you!! I love that this location is right next to a dog park and they have little bones for people who come through with dogs... Anyways. I got an iced toasted mocha (half sweetened) and it was AMAZING. I don't even know how to describe it... The whole drink was just so full-bodied and delicious. I actually took the time to savor my drink when normally it takes me like five minutes to finish. Plus, the price?! It kind of sucks that any charges on a card that are under $10 will add a .35 surcharge, but even then, it was wayyyy cheaper than what people are paying at Starbucks. This place is great. The people were really nice but I paid six bucks for PURE SUGAR. I even asked for an extra shot to drown out the sugar. On my trip I've been trying to use local coffee shops, to support local but I should've gone to Starbucks. Some of it I think is my fault because I got a salted Carmel iced latte and I couldn't even finish it. I'm usually an Americano girl with cream and light Carmel. If you want to go into a diabetic coma, go here.... I didn't taste ANY espresso and I ordered a quad shot. Pretty good coffee I have to admit. I'll usually get a brewed coffee if I know the place isn't going to satisfy me with regular espresso shots, but I gave this place a chance and ordered an Americano. It was kind of nice ordering my drink as well, 16oz double shot americano with light half-and-half and two splenda's, given I only had to say it once and they made it just right. And I have to be honest, I'm always a little weary when it comes to coffee stands, but I was honestly quite surprised with Kelly Latte's. I'll be sure to return again. :) read more

I came here to get my coffee and a cup full of whip cream for my dog. I didn't know that they don't fill cups of whip cream for dogs so I was kinda sad, until I got a dog donut treat!!! I ordered a white chocolate mocha and a bagel. Very good mocha! In fact, the best white mocha ever! My dog loved his dog donut better than a whip cream cup so we were both very happy. Coffee is so/so here, iced better than warm but their Espresso Shakes are the BEST I have found. Absolutely Delicious! Everyone who I've suggested the shakes to and have tried them completely agree. After trying many of these smaller, privately owned stands, I had almost given up hope for a great espresso in the area that didn't put too much syrup, use crappy coffee or just didn't get it right. Thought we'd try this place as its on the way to my daughter's school. I was pleasantly surprised and now its a favorite! The staff is cute, always smiling, quick and the espresso is great. They never burn mine when I always wants extra hot and they have a lot of sugar free flavors to enjoy, which appeals to me. They also have fresh, little donuts that very tasty! Love Starbucks, but they don't have a punch card and personalization. =) If you're going by, you should definitely try this place. I'm sure you will love it too. read more

I frequent here often, love that they have a loyalty card, but I have to ask how many drinks I have on the card and they don't use the free one unless you ask. They typically make good coffee and drinks, I've only had a few really bad drinks. Good location, reasonably priced menu, BUT, the take forever to make coffee! I've sat in the drive line for over 15 mins before when they get really busy, but I keep coming back because I like the coffee. read more

This location and the new one off of Auburn Blk Diamond road are my favorite places to swing by for a latte. You just can't beat their coffee anywhere else. I pass six starbucks on my way to work and will go out of my way to swing by Kelly's. There's a gal I see usually every Tuesday morning and I don't know her name, but she's so sweet and so pretty! One time she made me a drink, my 12OZ. White Chocolate Mocha. Sometimes I'm in the mood for more whip cream, so I'll order a 12OZ. in a 16OZ cup and have it filled all the way with whip cream. It amazed after having her make one drink for me, she remembered my order and whenever I'd get to the window, she knew my usual order. She makes the best white chocolate mochas, hot or cold. By far the best barista I know. Her coffees are that amazing! I wish I knew her name! I prefer Kelly's over Starbucks. I love the variety or drinks that they have and how nice the gals are. It's usually a little bit of a wait, but so worth it. Wish there were more Kelly's around Washington. Their coffee is amazing! read more

This shack rocks! I have stooped here on the way back and forth to school, and I really love it. They have very delicious mini doughnuts that are reasonably priced. Their coffee is very good and well made every time. I seem to get a different lady each time I roll up in here, but they all have been friendly to me and work hard. I like how they don't talk your head off and focus on what's important, COFFEE. I'm a latte lover but idk what goes in a good latte. So each time I just ask them to throw whatever in there and make it good. Well these lady's must have a secret recipe or something cuz their concoctions be DA BOMB. I love the location of this joint, it's on a very convenient road. The area to pull in is quite large if you need to pull to the side for something for a min before you go back on the busy road. There are TWO windows on opposite sides so there is almost never a line (at least in the late morning, early afternoon) . The menus can be a little overwhelming by all the choices.
