Honestly, the best coffee around. The menu is amazing, the drinks are incredible, the barista's are super kind and the prices are surprisingly reasonable for such specialty items! My husband and I just left this coffee stand. We drove in 5 minutes before 7pm and stood behind one car waiting in line - we could have went to the opposite window but seeing it was just one barista we didn't think she would be able to do both windows at once. When it was our turn the barista wasn't at the window for a good minute. Once she showed up she stated they close at 7. It was 7:03. We waited in line for 8 minutes before it was our turn and then we don't get to have service because we didn't put our order in at 6:59pm? Are you kidding me? Please work on your customer service. I know you are dying to go home on a hot Sunday night but putting your customers first is what makes them return. Never coming back. read more

I have been a customer at the Kent location since they opened. If you go there early in the morning monday-friday, service is great. However , I have tried to go there on a weekday afternoon & on weekends, & have to leave because the service is so awful-very, very slow, & yesterday the girl acted like we were speaking another language when we asked for a Grande Latte & a Grande Raspberry Mocha. She kept saying "breve"? Then she went to the other window to take their order. Really?!?! Today (Sat) I went there & there were four cars in line. This is good news if the barristas are doing their jobs & cranking out those drinks, & I truly hope that's what was happening. If the line was due to slow , incompetent workers, you've got a problem. Iam going to give it one more shot, and if things dont improve, I will find another favorite place. read more

Love their smoothies here as well as their caramel frappe. I have not once come unsatisfied by the friendliness of the employees or the patience of them awaiting my order. The only unsatisfactory thing about this place is that different girls will occasionally make the drinks a bit different from normal, depending on experience and rush hour. Very friendly staff! They keep hemp milk on hand for me as this is very hard for me to find elsewhere so they get my business! They have some new staff that are still learning and I got burnt from too hot coffee a few days back but I have been very happy with them overall. They make doughnuts fresh daily and my near 2y grandson loves them! The dog park in back is a nice feature! read more

The service is excellent. The coffe is only as consistent as the barista. They seem to retain employees a long time and it's a disappointment when my favorite doesn't work there anymore & I have to get used to a new one. The lines can get really long, so if there's more than 2 cars on each side, make sure you have 10-15 minutes to spare. I used to go out of my way while to drive to this place while making the long drive to work. But to set behind a car while the barista and (mostly) the young girls set and chat after the business is done is not only rude but drives me nuts! I hate that so much!! I will not stop here again and if they had a website I'd let the owners know. I used to spend approx 200.00 a month here but no longer will. Besides the drinks are not so spectacular that it's worth the aggravation and my time is too important to set while they update each on BS! It's very easy to tell a friend hey I can't chat now so I can take care of these people who have things to do see me when there are no cars! read more
