I've been seeing Dana for about a year (who is awesome, and the front desk and shampoo staff are great as well), but at the latest visit I found out the salon raised their prices again, and I paid almost $250 for a basic root color and haircut (including tip). My first visit to the salon a year ago I paid $130 (including tip) for an all-over toner and haircut. I unfortunately don't think I can afford to go back again even though the service is great. Also, I am not a member of the gym the salon is located inside and, at this latest visit, I told the front desk I was going to the salon, went upstairs, then realized one of the guys from the front desk was following me. When I went to the restroom instead of directly into the salon, he asked where I was going, I told him again I was going to the salon, and he WAITED OUTSIDE the restroom for me to come out and follow me into the salon. Bizarre. I told the salon's receptionist and she was so apologetic and told her manager immediately because this is not the first issue they've had with the front desk. I wish this salon had its own location with more reasonable prices!
