Honestly, price is higher than other, larger chains that can offer paint at a lower price, but remember you're also getting a lower quality product! They kindly answered all of my painting questions with patience and also with great information. I also asked two of them to assist me with paint colors and tones and again received carefully thought out answers which helped me greatly. My house projects turned out exquisitely. I see that some people come into the store and think it is a place where they can be helped immediately. Finding the right paint sheen, color, quality and tone, etc., takes time in order to do a good job, plus many homeowners need to be refreshed with basic and moderate levels of paint guidance. So when you are the one getting their great information after asking question after question, do not write in here that they don't care about people waiting in line. If you go to a paint store, you will wait in line-it's not a place where you go in and say, give me a pack of cigarettes and leave pronto. There are a lot of people to help inside to find your home improvement needs. They have a beautiful appliance section, including refrigerators, bathroom, sinks, even floor rugs. You can have your keys made there or you can rent a carpet cleaner. They have automatic checkout, which is very convenient. The store is big and it is clean and it is well stocked. The only reason I'm giving this company a 1 is because they were able to "match" my paint. A paint…read morethat I had previously bought granted years ago. But the kicker is that I needed a pint but they said because of "supply" issues they could only sell by the gallon. How convenient. This "supply" issue is an old worn out excuse for highway robbery. I see car dealerships with tons of cars now and yet here this paint company gives that excuse. If they no longer have the formula which BTW was a PP product and all they can do is match at at the price of a gallon go someplace that won't "force" you to buy a gallon and who can also match it for less than a gallon. I will never ever go back there. I might as well throw money out on my lawn.
