For installing pool heater I do not recommend. Three and a half months later I'm still not able to use my pool Heater I spent 5,000.00. (Steve) came and installed and said the gas line needed a new part. My plumber came out right away and fixed it. Leslie's pool sent other employees to turn it on and didn't have the tools to finish the job, weeks later Steve comes and says it's the WiFi. Not true you can turn it in manually and that didn't work. Now let me remind you it's April and the installation was January 13. They now are schedule to come April 20 to see why it isn't staying on. You would think they would schedule time for a follow up to make sure there are no problems and if there are some one comes and fixes it with in a couple Days not weeks and months later blaming it on WiFi and the gas guy. Steve said he tried contacting my plumber and he never responded. I text my plumber and he responded in two hours and called Steve back and left him a message. Just do t use them for any type of service. It's great to be able To go into their stores and purchase something immediately that is 25% more than other stores but don't use them for anything else. read more

Had a problem with my Polaris 280. Brought it in and Zan gave it a full inspection disassembling it like a surgeon. Several worn/broken parts were replaced at NO CHARGE out of spare parts that they keep on hand from other 280s they have repaired. Refreshing to see a true technician available to actually troubleshoot and fix equipment rather than just selling you new parts that you might not actually need. read more

THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS! I ordered something online. Because the online ordering is difficult, I inadvertently ordered the same item twice. I waited for delivery to make sure I had indeed made that mistake, and I had. Ok. My mistake. As per online instructions, I contacted them via their online form and waited the recommended 3 days for a reply. no reply came. So I drove the item to the Georgetown store, unopened with the receipt. I was told that they can't accept for return an item ordered online. WHAT? That is stupid, but it gets worse. I then called the "help" line repeatedly. After going through an entire catalog of questions, I get a message and a hang up. EVERY TIME I CALLED! They suggest on their web site that I email. I looked and looked and never found an email address. So I submitted the online form AGAIN. No reply. I have so far done every single thing so many times I can't count. And I can't get a reply AT ALL. I am so disgusted I hope their business goes bust. read more

This place is awful. Wish I could give it zero stars. They send you sales flyers that you have to bring into the store to get the sale prices. So I noticed this and called today and talked to Will. He says just stop back in and I'll refund you the difference. So I drive back to the store and he says the register won't let him do the refund. Really! This place is a scam. Every time my husband brings a pool sample into the store they tell him he needs a different chemical. Even when our home testing shows perfect. Buy your stuff online and avoid this place! read more

We have been going to this location for 3 years now and they always take great care of us. Like today, we noticed our Polaris 360 pool cleaner wasn't working right...i called after 3pm and they said, "Yes we have the part and I can repair today". Walked into their store to get a capacitor for my pump motor. Some guy who might have been the manager had a package in his hand. I told him what I needed, he pointed to another guy and asked him if he had the capacitor I needed. Then he told me that he had to go to FedEx as he left the store. The second guy shook his head no which made me wonder how he knew that since I hadn't showed him what I needed. Then I found out. He said that he didn't have any capacitors at all at that store. I asked him where I could get one. He told me any other Leslies. I have to say he was right. I got what I needed from the next store that I tried. Sorry to bother both of these gentlemen with a paying customer (on an otherwise completely empty store). Come on Georgetown! You can do better than that. read more

I have been going to Leslie's Pools in Georgetown for years. I have had only positive experiences. Will is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He has fixed my Polaris many times and always in a timely manner. I can call the store to ask questions and he is friendly and professional and knows the solution to whatever problem I am having with the pool. I really want to support local business but my experience here makes it hard not to use Amazon instead. I purchased $150 of chemicals here and later found I could have purchased the same brand of chemicals from Amazon for $100 (free shipping). I do appreciate Leslie's free water analysis to tell me which chemicals and the quantity so I'm willing to pay more to have access to that service. But dang, 50% more? read more

Store Should Be Closed This is the worst pool supply store I've ever "tried to do business with." I say "tried" because the staff has no idea what they're talking about. They have no knowledge of the products they do sell and, as I have found, they never seem to have the products I'm looking for. The little boy at the counter is always quick to say, "We can order whatever you need." Guess what. Today, there's this little technological tool called the internet. Everyone can order whatever they need. I came to your store because I need it "now!" It's a shame that Leslie's is buying out every decent pool supply company in Texas. read more

I live in Round Rock, but I was in Georgetown and figured I'd stop by here to ask a question and get some tabs. The young man working, Connor, was by far one of the kindest people I've ever encountered. There were probably 5 people in the store, he greeted me when I walked in and assured me he'd be with me as soon as he could, and I watched him work one by one with each person while I waited. He never rushed anybody and gave his full attention to each person. I might have had to wait a little longer, but it doesn't really bother me when I know that I'm not going to be rushed as soon as I get my turn. When he did get to me, he thanked me for being patient, carried the tabs out to the car for me, all with just the best attitude. Service I've never received at the Round Rock location. Long story short, I've never felt more taken care of as a customer and I'll be coming here from now on as long as Connor is there. read more

Went to their store today to buy a small "o" ring for the chlorinator. $17.00 was their price which I felt was ridiculous. Pool Warehouse in Round Rock had the same item for $5.00, what a RIP OFF. Josh and the crew are incredibly knowledgeable and efficient! I am a first time pool owner and they make it incredibly easy to care for my pool in only a few minutes per week. I save a fortune by not having a pool service - I bring my water to be tested periodically and they tell me exactly what I need and how to use it. If you are a pool maintenance expert, you can go to the big box store, but everyone else would do well to patronize the Georgetown Leslie's. Best experience you can find! read more

Very disappointed in the attitude of the store manager. My husband went in to get our home water tested in order to prep for filling a new pool. The gentleman behind the desk was very grumpy and confrontational telling my husband "you don't need to do this." We were simply following the instructions of our pool contractor which had instructed us to get a sample prior to the filling of our pool. Rather than "helpful" we got an "negative attitude." Maybe he was just having a bad day, we all have those, but it was very frustrating to be dealt with in that manner. read more
