That was a very pleasant surprise, they even have installation service for a couple bucks too.... After all they stamp their name in big bold letters on everything they make, so why would they make junk with their name on it? Turns out it's cheap Chinese junk and won't hold a charge after 3 months of use. Called the store back and I was told they quit carrying the enterprise jumper packs and had switched to a different brand called NOGO because theirs aren't as good. I talked to the person for another 20 min and he said they can return it for a store credit towards another one. Ok I'm down for that I said and they ordered another one. I told them I would cover the difference if they would order the bigger heavier duty one since this one crapped out so easily. 2 days later called back and of course the story changed. Now the guy said the store manager wouldn't let him return it without the original receipt. The receipt printed on thermal paper that was no longer legible since it was left in the car. I asked why because they were able to easily look up and see the sale recorded in the computer. He said it's because his manager said no and that was the last word. Well manager let me tell you that when you put your own company name on a product that does a few months later and don't stand behind it the last word gets stamped on the internet. Along with your poor customer service.

I learned they do make a lot of replacement key fobs, but not a lot of German or European fobs. If you need a replacement key, it's best to call to see if they actually can cut that key or have in stock. You also need to bring the car so that they can program the new key to it, otherwise they cannot make a fob. Your out of luck if you need a spare for your BMW. The cost of these replacement fobs vary and mine was $140. Some of the things they also have here are golf cart, marine, RV, and car batteries. Duracell seems to be the primary maker of most of their batteries found here. There's also some specialty LEDs and bulbs for sodium high pressure lamps. They also carry phone accessories and battery chargers. Informative photos included.

It had primary and secondary codes, and that was the end of the transaction. The light turned off, then on again this week dominant to O' Reilly's instead. The man at the counter printed the diagnostic, then without any provocation from me, explained what the issue likely was based on experience, what to try first, the parts I'd need, and the tool I could borrow to get it done. He walked me to my vehicle and showed me exactly where the part was located and how it was attached so I could get a sense for myself what would be involved in doing the fix ourselves. Night and day difference in service.

I opened up an old box I found in the closet and there were my watches. They truly brought back so many memories when I found them. My Honda CR-V battery died and I was unable to start the car which was parked in my garage. I took my truck to pick up a new battery. George provided advice on the best battery for the car. He then carried it out to my truck. He must have noticed the disabled veteran plates on the truck and asked if I was a veteran. When I replied affirmatively, he told me that Advance Auto Parts gave a military discount. He went back into the store and adjusted my receipt to give the discount. He then asked if I had someone to install the battery. When I said no, he volunteered to come to my house after work (on his own time) to install it for me. The store closed at 9pm and 20 minutes later he was at my house installing the battery. I sincerely appreciate George's efforts and customer-first attitude!
