Ryan does my gel pedicure and does a great job. The pedi lasts for weeks and I get many compliments on my toes. I'm very pleased.

I agree with all the one star reviews and feel the five star were written by the employees or their friends. I was a walk-in and asked for a gel dip and new tips and I thought she understood what I meant. No introductions, she just acted put out she had to wait on me. I ended up with a $55.00 manicure that started to chip by the end of the day. She told me to come back in three weeks and said she would fix them. I told her that the manicure would never last a day without tips and I was not happy with it. She spent the entire time, which was less than 30 minutes talking with the other employees with every few words being gel and lots of laughter. I felt like she was making fun of me. My nails look like a child did them. Nasty salon and a very rude and nasty salon worker. I regret leaving her a tip. read more

Paid for dip manicure. Website says cost is $40 for dip + $10 for manicure. Was charged $5 extra for no reason. Also did not receive any hand massage or lotion. Nothing for take home. I have been going to this salon, 2x a month for seven years!! I always get a gel manicure and pedicure. The salon is bright and inviting with great background music always playing. I just get a basic gel French manicure. SuAnn has done my nails twice this winter - and both times they have looked amazing! She does a thorough manicure before the polish, but she is efficient and gets everything done within 30 minutes. The mani lasts over 3 weeks for $40. I went to this salon out of convenience to get my nails removed. From the very beginning they were rude to me and treated me like an inconvenience. They tried putting my hands in scalding hot water and made me feel bad for bringing it up. It took an entire hour just for them to remove my nails, which is longer than any other place I've been. My daughter called and got information when she booked her own appointment. I sat listening as she wrote down the information. Upon picking her up after the appointment, her nail shape was awful, paint on her fingers and the nails barely covered her own nails. I went in and talked to the owner and she was nice enough, offered the up charge back, but she was SOL for the shape and nail polish. She saved her money to have her nails done. Made an appointment for a pedicure at Kelly Nail & Spa because I couldn't get an appointment at my usual nail salon. BIG MISTAKE!! Even with an appointment I waited 15 minutes before I was seated for my pedicure. Well, I guess Tracy was trying to make up for lost time because everything she did was rushed and half-assed. She up-sold me on a sugar scrub (because she said I needed it) and charged an extra $7 for it. There was no massage of feet or legs - which I always enjoy. And I was out of the chair in 35 minutes - with the worst nail trim ever! When I got home I couldn't believe how ragged the edges of my big toe nails were - I had to file them a lot to get them smooth. Never again!! read more

I had an appointment for 12:00 and wasn't seated until 12:15. I got a gel manicure, while preparing my nails, the technician made my natural nails too thin and the edges were rough. There were chips in the nail within two days of my service. I will never go there again. read more

This place is not good, and I mean not good! I have had my nails done all over the world and this place is not acceptable! Asked for gel fill/french tip. Well, got no white on tips of nails. Was told , "next time."Had some black specks on one nail I pointed out I had noticed. Answer was "next time". No trimming of cuticles that needed it. Fuzz from cotton keep getting on my nails and her fingers! No lotion on my hands. Jars and equipment were in need of cleaning. What a waste of time and money! So i was so excited to try this place, so i booked an appointment for a mani padi, eyebrow nd lip wax. I went in on aug 8th to be exact. I spent over $100. Left happy all good spent extra on tipping and their fee because i paid with my debit card so apparently they charge a bigger percentage if u don't come in with cash. Same day as i was doing the dishes and cleaning my apartment, more than 4 nails got messed up so the quality was not there. I go in the 2nd day didn't complain like most Karen's do. I just said i want to redo the nails that got messed up, i came in yesterday. The girl that was doing my nails, was the girl that did my eyebrows the day before so she remembered me. She redid all my nails and i got charged for the whole amount with no discount or anything when all i asked for was to redo the nails that were messed up. I never write a bad review, but I felt compelled due to the poor service we received. We had made an appointment for 3 pedicures (me and my two daughters). Upon our on-time arrival, we were told it would just be a few minutes. Needless to say, we were "few minutes" to death and waited 40 minutes. I would have left if we had not been dropped off. The nail polishes were old and thick and the displays were dusty. After much frustration, you would have thought she would offer a discount. She didn't. When asked - she took off a whopping $8.00 off the three pedicures saying she was sorry for keeping us waiting, but that my mother has been late to appointments in the past. What an unfortunate mistake as not only will I never be back, but my mother (a long time client) will never be back. read more

I've been to this salon now about 5 times for pedicures and most recently gel nails. The first few times were pretty good and the gel made my nails really strong, but, not recently. My last 2 gel nail manis were disappointing. If it's possible to put gel on too thin, that's what I feel like happened to me. So, my nails kept breaking! They gladly offered to fix them, but, now I'm stuck with this nasty acrylic on several nails till they grow out. But, today was the last straw for me when I left after my pedicure with my heels and feet still looking scrappy! I didn't notice until I was in the car on my way to Havasu. I've never how to worst experience at a nail salon. Are used to come here with my mom when I was really little and it was always good. I haven't gone there since I am now 19 years old and just went to get my acrylics taken off. She wraps my fingers in tinfoil and then maybe put it in boiling water. The tinfoil heated up causing it to burn my fingers. When I told her it was too hot she got all mad and ripped off the tinfoil and started to take off the acrylic. I put down the $10 and I walked out. No way did she deserve a tip after that. read more

I really like this salon! Tammy, Ryan, SuAnn, and owner Kelvin are the best. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is there is a technician who is grumpy, too rough and made my 11 yr old cry when she (the technician) bumped my daughter's wet nail, making it ruined and basically heavy dropped my daughter's hand on the table with a huge sigh and grumble. And her nails looked horrible to boot. So I won't take my girls there for a special occasion but I do fine. read more

Was a walk In at opening on a Sunday morning, the place was completely empty except for one employee. The BF was treating me to a pedi and the little ones to painted finger and toe nails.... I'm all for efficient use of time, but both girls had nails and toes painted and my SPA pedicure were all completed in 37 minutes! By the SAME employee. My favorite part of a pedicure is the massage, the tech literally rubbed each foot haphazardly with one hand for 3 minutes! In addition to the cold water (which she warmed up upon request). When my BF returned to pay she charged him $32 for a pedicure that was originally quoted $23!!! Not sure if this was because he used a credit card, the place has numerous signs posted inside that they prefer cash.... Seeing gell needed to be removed she was obviously upset and insisted I pay $5 more as it took too long. I should have left. I ended up with nails so short they hurt. If you are looking for a good pedicure, do not go here. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Save your money and go to the many other options a few minutes down the road. They claim they are using better products if you upgrade to their $43.00 pedicure. I did not see or feel any difference in what she used or the result of the service. The callous removal that she did on me did absolutely nothing. She barely scrubbed my feet nor did she get the dead skin off. When she could clearly see I was not happy instead of making an effort to correct it she told me to go home and use coconut oil because my feet were dry and just pushed to get more money out of me said since they were dry I needed to do the wax. I left with the same callous that I came in with and no difference what so ever. I had to go home and file my own heals in the shower and with a effort of five minutes effort of my own time was able to get a smooth texture. She barely massaged my feet or legs with the pressure that I would say was the worst massage I have had in all my years of ever getting a pedicure. I think the woman was a bit rude asking me personal questions about my life and career and complaining about how tired she was and how busy they were prior to me arriving and it's really non of her business about what I do for a living and where I live. Not everyone is looking to have a conversation and chat during a service. I proceeded to give her a polite answer and she kept digging about explanation of my career because she did not understand what I told her. Bottom line don't go here if you want a professional service that you feel you will get what you pay for and they will spend more time focusing on their job then your personal life and complaining to you. read more

I have been there 4 times and now I am done. First time gel manicure was fine. Second time not good and peeled within 2 days. Just had a pedicure and a nail fixed. They charged me $60. I asked for the pedicure with callous removal which is $37 so they charged me $23 to fix a broken nail? Also cut my toenails way too short. They actually hurt and bet I get ingrown nails.
