Service was 100 out of 10 Quality of service was 10/10 Nail color selection 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 But their pricing...I hate to say, this is the most I've ever spent on 2 gel Manis & 2 gel pedis. To the point the total made me audibly gasp. That is the only draw back I can say for Nail Boutique, is they are expensive and don't post their pricing so the shock at checkout is real. However the staff are so friendly, they went above and beyond for us. Took great care and did beautiful work. But be prepared to open that wallet because it is very true, you get what you pay for. All in all, a beautiful splurge and were very well taken care of. Thanks! read more

I walked in with an inspiration picture and requested a few changes, and they absolutely delivered amazing results! The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating. They welcomed me around 5:30 PM and worked on both my hands and feet until almost 8 PM--well past their closing time--without rushing or compromising quality. Their attention to detail and knowledge really stood out. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend this place for exceptional service and beautiful results! One of the best nail jobs around town. We got dip nails with tips and it looks incredible. This was our second time going because the first time went so well. The nails are durable and beautiful. I've gone twice and the nail service is good; however they don't publish prices and the price has changed each time I've gone. Whenever I ask to see a price sheet before my service, they say it's still at the printer. They do a good job, but I just don't like it when businesses are shady. read more

The pricing is way shady and over priced. When I went they didn't use anything sterilized and overall everything felt very dirty. I ended up with an infection on my big toe where they cut into the flesh. And the dip manicure was one of the worst I ever had. Really bulky and way too thick. I felt like the tech really rushed through it. The infection was just the cherry on top. read more

Wow. I'm reading the review before me and I went through the same thing. I asked to see the prices and menu and they played dumb and wouldn't give me a menu. I paid $127 for a full set an a pedicure. I said I just wanted a normal pedicure. Not a very honest place so never going back. They did a good job, but not $127 good. Oh plus $4 to use my credit card to add insult to injury. So $131. It makes sense now why it was completely empty. Will never go back. Shame on them for not providing a menu for customers when we ask. read more

OMG I am kicking myself for not trying this place sooner!! I came in for a dip manicure and pedicure after months of quarantine and my dip turned out phenomenal - strong, shiny, and even. My pedicure was relaxing and the polish turned out perfect. I highly recommend requesting Calvin. He is awesome and VERY thorough, which is important to me as there's nothing I hate more than a rushed mani/pedi. If you're coming during Covid-19, they are asking everyone to wear masks. They also provide hand sanitizer at the door, have a glass barrier up at the manicure stations, and are leaving empty seats between the pedicure stations so it's probably best to call ahead and make an appointment! read more

Their pedicure menu is awesome, for $35 you get a pedicure and TWO options, like paraffin wax dip, sugar scrub, callus removal, just to name a few. I went here last minute yesterday to get my nails done. Calvin was able to squeeze me in for a 12 pm appointment and in grateful after my nails were battered from a ski trip! I took one star off as one of my nails is rather caked on than the others. I got SNS (aka dip) and I mentioned this to Calvin but he insisted that it was just the curvature of my nail... they have a great selection of colors and are well priced for the NoSco area at $40 for a SNS manicure. I would go here again even though one nail is slightly larger. read more

My mom and I come here every 5 weeks for pedis and some good quality time. We love Calvin and Lynn. Great options for custom spa pedis... Lynn always gives the BEST foot and calf massage. During Covid they are appointment only, limit guests, require masks and take temps but most places do these days. It's worth it. read more

Was in Scottsdale visiting family and needed to get a fill + polish change, and I picked this place based off Yelp and proximity--great choice!! Even though I came in for a fill, my tech (Calvin, I believe) ran the full works on my nails from filing to buffing. When he moved onto polish, he was very clear on what he was doing (ie: one more coat, checking to make sure I liked the design). They also have such a wide selection of polish colors (enough for me to do the nails I was hoping for, pictured below)! I will say my experience was not cheap ($70 before tip), but I definitely think I got what I paid for. This is normally what I paid for a full set, but I also recognize that I'm from a small town and Scottsdale will always be more expensive (lol). Overall, great experience!!! read more

Called same day and I was happy to find a great nail spa close to home. They fit me in same day for a pedi and Lynn did an amazing job! I'm annoyingly picky about polish on my cuticles and not having it look clean around the edges. It was perfect. Long story short- I've been doing gel manicures for years and had 1 bad experience with a nail spa nearby that filed a few of my nail beds raw in some areas- so needless to say, I'm very cautious. I started with just a pedicure here and Lynn advised me they are very experienced with the dip gel manicures. Very little filing and they don't pile it on thick! Can't wait to come back when my nails have fully recovered and give an update. read more

This was my 3rd visit to this salon. Calvin is my tech and I Love the way he handles my nails with care. I only get regular manicures as gels and dip ruin my nail beds. I'm pretty rough on my nails and the manicure holds up well. Calvin has had to repair cracked and split nails for me and I've had no issues. The salon is clean and always pleasant to be in. My last pedicure was also amazing as well. read more

*picture below* okay, so I've never written a review before, but I had to for my experience. I am down visiting family and decided to get my nails done. This place was rated very high, and I'm confused as to why. I called and asked if they had any availability at 5:30. They told me yes they did, and then after getting some information, repeatedly tried to bump my appointment to 4? So I get there 10 minutes early and she starts on my hands. The energy was off, and she barely talked to me. I bite my nails pretty badly, and to stop me from biting them I add acrylic tips. So she starts adding the tips, and the sizes of the acrylic nails didn't match the size of my nails at all. There was an obvious size difference and disconnect of the edges of my nails. I said something about it and she told me it's fine she'd file it down to match... she didn't. She added on the dip and that was fine, but a few hairs from the brush got sealed in my nails. As they were hardening, she started drilling and smoothing them down. In the middle of it she stops and looks at my nails. She tells me my cuticles are really big and are getting in the way. (At other salons I've been to they usually start with pushing cuticles back first?) She then uses her thumbnail to push back only 2 of my cuticle beds. So after that she uses the drill to try and get my cuticles off. I'm fine with a bit of discomfort at nails salons, but this was the most pain I've felt at a salon. She repeatedly went over the same spots with an electric drill until 2 of my fingers started to bleed. She then apologized and started trimming the now shredded skin with the cuticle removers. (Again, they normally start with that, while she did it 2/3rds through my appointment.) She stopped after 3 fingers, and finished smoothing my nails with the drill. I asked for simplistic designs that I showed her, and she seemed irritated that I wanted small designs that were different on each finger. So at this point I was done, so I just let her finish. But I had to repeatedly tell her to add more coats because the black was streaky and messy. But I stopped asking because it wasn't changing. I ended up paying $80 for these nails! The pictures I took were around 2 hours after my appointment. the matte coat was peeling off, my nail beds were shredded and stinging badly, and the designs are messy. read more

Had a gel manicure today. 5 Star! The gentleman who did my manicure did an amazing job. He was very detailed and I appreciated him painting the polish as close to the cuticle area. I have been to other places and it's hard to get people to paint the polish close to the nail bed. This way the manicure lasts longer and you don't feel after a few days new growth. I will never go anywhere ever again to get my nails done. After 6 months of covid I finally decided it was time to venture out into the world for a mani pedi. Naturally I was terrified, partly because I'm pregnant so wanted an extra safe salon and did a lot of research. My normal nail place had terrible health reviews and weren't practicing social distancing so I drove by this salon to see how they were handling everything. I am beyond impressed. They take your temperature, enforce mask wearing, have a two client limit for the entire place, plus they have a barrier between you and the tech. All of this on top of the fact that they do a fantastic job on nails??? I'm sold for life. read more

I reported a nail fungus once after a visit. This led to me taking off my nails that I've had done for seven years with no problem, and I haven't done them again since. They didn't seem to care and they didn't offer any remedy or attempt to make it right with me. Separately, I reported rude treatment on two different occasions. Kelley and Haley in particular were extremely rude and unprofessional in their interactions with me, which made the experience especially unpleasant. After the second time I was treated rudely, I finally requested a discount and acknowledgment of responsibility. At that point, they refused. That was the last time I went back, as I felt they had multiple opportunities to make things right and chose not to. Beyond that, the overall customer experience has been disappointing. There is no added hospitality--no water or complimentary drinks--so the environment feels very basic rather than welcoming or premium. other salons feel more premium, and they roll out the red carpet for their clients sometimes with champagne or other beverages. At this place, I've never even offered Water; not once. In terms of staff, Jason is professional in communication, but concerns raised to him did not appear to be addressed. Kenny and Kevin are friendly, but friendliness alone does not make up for unresolved service issues and my prior experience with nail health concerns. I also want to note that another family member had already stopped going months before I did, which in hindsight I should have paid more attention to. Overall, after giving them multiple chances, I feel the level of service and accountability is not where it should be, and I will not be returning.

I also love that they offer dazzle dry (totally worth the small extra $). Super convenient setup too--there's a bathroom inside and plenty of parking, which is always a win. I got the mani/pedi with dazzle dry, and even though I forgot my nail tech's name, she absolutely was great! She really listened to what I wanted and delivered perfectly! Safe to say I'll definitely be coming back. Already looking forward to my next visit

(Clean and shiny!) I typically don't care for gel or dip because it's just a little too thick, but Ruby took care to make sure the gel was done thin-ly, and my nails turned out beautifully. Mind you, I was not looking for anything dramatic. Something very simple and clean. Great success. I will definitely be back.

They were friendly, helpful, and precise with their high quality work. I got the gel pedicure #3 and dip powder nails with designs. I know I am not the easiest customer, so I appreciate all the advice and positive vibes. I wish I could afford to give them a bigger tip. They are amazing!
