They are very expensive and they charge you for gel polish. Shouldn't that be included with the cost of a 47$ pedicure.

QUICK LOOK: I got a manicure and pedicure. I was overcharged. I wanted gel on my nails, they gave me acrylic. Got a gel pedicure with French tips. Man cut my skin under my nails. Nails and toes came nice. WHOLE STOEY: There was an elder women who greeted me when I came in and told me where to sit. I started with a pedicure. Pedicure was great and nothing to complain. I got the basic pedicure and it came with a scrub on the bottom of my feet, lotion, stones, and a hot towel. As I was getting my toes done an elder gentleman started gluing my tips and slightly shaping my nails on my hand. They did my nails with acrylic instead of gel. I keep asking and repeating I wanted gel instead and they said acrylic was better. The acrylic at times started burning and stinging my nails. I asked for a menu to check the prices where I took a picture. As I was checking out I see I'm getting charged more than I calculated. At first they tried to convince me it was correct but then they changed it once I told them exactly what I got. Overall they came out nice and I would go again if it works with my schedule. read more

I won't be going back. I asked for a manicure with dip powder. No manicure was performed. Instead of using a clipper on my nails they took the grinding tool to the end of my nails. No cuticles were trimmed and they ground off my old polish after just a few minutes of soaking. I am having extreme breakage which is something I've never had before. My nails are in such bad shape that I have no choice but to pay someone else to correct. read more

By far the worst experience I've had in a nail salon, I asked for French tip acrylics, HORRIBLY done, there's gaps between the pink and the white, a referenced picture was shown. The service es offered are lash tint, eyelash extensions and all nail services are available. I saw this salon while going by. Made an appointment for a pedicure and removal of gel polish and regular mani. The color choices of the regular polish were few and old but the colors of the mixed gel/regular in the boxes were better. I got the owners mother and she speaks no English at all, it was a bit hard to tell her how I wanted my toes and nails shaped, etc. The owner, her daughter walked in later but since there were no other customers, she curled up in a pedi chair and went to sleep. I've never seen anything like it from any professional place. When it came time to put the top coat on my nails, it was a mess because somehow it must have been old and streaked like crazy. I called in advance to make a pedi appointment. The date and time I needed were available so I grabbed it. I arrived 10 min early. I was the third customer at that hour. As I choose my color, staff prepared my area. The water was way too hot. I told the staff and they quickly added cool water. my person spoke very little English but Steven interpreted for her. The massage chairs are brand new. They keep the place clean and sanitized. It was an awesome leg massage. I asked if the price included any decoration on the toes. It was an additional charge so I opted to pass on getting polka dots. While I was waiting for the toes to dry, I happen to be looking at the Yelp app. There was a check in voucher good for a $5 discount. Great! They honored it. Updated Review 11/18 - changing my review to 5 stars Went back in to get a full set and a pedicure, this time with an appointment as mentioned in my previous review that I would. My hesitation is always asking a nail tech to do a full set thin and short because of the shape they usually take, needless to say I absolutely loved everything about them and of course the pedicure was amazing just as it was the last time. Planning to visit at least every three weeks! 9/15/18 I went in for a pedicure last weekend and had a wonderful experience, great service and amazing pedi. Provided me with what I needed even with a couple special requests. I provided 4 stars because I came in as a walk in and felt maybe they would rather have appointments instead of walk ins next time I plan on calling in an appointment considering how much I relaxed and enjoyed! read more

I made a appointmentabout 6 hrs before coming in and once I walked in, I had to wait about 15 minutes even tho there was no one there. Sat down with a older guy and told him I wanted short nails due to my line of work I can't have long nails. He told me that long mails looked better and I told him no, still gave me long nails. Costed $20 more than I was told. They were pushy for me to get out and the polish was uneven and all over my fingers. 3.5 stars. A friend of mine frequents this place which looks like any other nail shop in a strip mall - which it is. That said, I wish it was easier to just walk in. The place never seems particularly packed but for some reason they make it known that they prefer you to have an appointment. Rarely do I both with a manicure as I tend to keep my nails polish free and super short - pulling boxes in and out of the trunk of my car all day long would destroy a manicure in minutes - but since I was traveling back East to be in a wedding I had to have one done. In the rare case that I do get a mani, I always opt for the pale polishes offered by Essie. Nail Couture is much like many other nail places that I have come across out here that tend to be OPI devotees. I was a bit disappointed but found a color that would suffice and settled in for the mani which in itself was fine. The manicurist kept pushing me to get a french manicure which she kept telling me - repeatedly - was "more elegant". I stuck to my guns and didn't go for it. The pedi was quite relaxing and the massage chairs are brand new. I appreciated the new set of tools being unwrapped in front of me. I was treated to a lengthy foot massage which was pretty darn amazing. When all was said and done, my mani/pedi and eyebrow wax came to $50 - not awful - but be sure to bring cash for a tip since they won't allow you to add it to your bill. My mani looked great for the better part of a week and my toes held up for almost 3. Not bad considering that I am on my feet for a good portion of the day. Overall a pretty decent little nail shop in the area but I am still on the hunt. read more

Do I get the fanciest mani or pedi here? Not so far but I've been here several times and Cindy is pretty awesome. Last July she treated my 9 year old like a princess for her birthday. The most upsetting set of Acrylic Gels nails I have ever paid 50.00 for. Staff is non communicative to my needs and or requests. Glued 5 tips to my actual finger, and when they went to file, they pretty much ripped them apart causing me to bleed. Acrylic was thick, uneven, lumpy, crooked, you name it. Gel was lumpy and uneven. They painted the nails the wrong colors and hd to start over - again that non communication!! And their other customers are pretty rude too. No, will not return. read more
