I witnessed the weirdest exchange today at this location. A nice elderly woman was trying to give another lady one of her coupons and the cashier flipped out and yelled at the elderly lady saying she can't share her coupons! It was insane! The nice lady trying to help out the young woman said it was for ornaments, and she wasn't buying any and could see that the young lady was, so she just didn't want the coupon to go to waste. I have never witnessed anything so crazy at a store like this before. This location has always been problematic with the older guy who works there and/or owns the place being rude to both customers and employees alike, but we will be driving the extra distance to Hallmark in San Dimas from here on. There were lots of price stickers over the top of the original Hallmark ornament MSRP stickers today which is fishy as hell. How are you a Hallmark franchise jacking up the prices above what's printed on the box for Hallmark brand product? read more

One of the oldest and largest manufacturers of greeting cards in the Country and that's a fact. With a broad selection of year round and those seasonal gifts and keepsake ornaments it's no wonder this place is still around. I must admit they do have some very cool little Knick Knacks and novelties that I've personally purchased. I must say though I'm glad most of these shops have moved out of malls and that makes the experience a lot better than to deal with the parking during the holidays. My sister was looking for a nice card to give to her co-workers since she was leaving and my friend recommended this specific Hallmark Shop. It's in the same shopping center as Rite Aid and Vons and there's plenty of parking. The cards here are high quality in materials and messages and you won't find it at Target. Aside from cards, they sell Disney memorabilia! The day I went they already had stuff for the Disney 100 celebration, some of the items they had I've not seen at Disneyland, World of Disney or California Adventure. The store itself is neat and tidy and it feels like you're in someone's family store which is nice! The ladies behind the counter are super helpful and funny. We asked one of the lady's where we can find a nice goodbye card for a great boss and she replied, "Ugh, is there such a thing?" LOL! I definitely would recommend this shop over a card from Target. The shopping experience is much nicer and the cards they carry seem more meaningful. Also they carry cards for a much bigger variety of occasions. It's great to give someone a hand written, meaningful card, sometimes that's better than the gift. read more

Review on Returns- I've been a longtime customer of this hallmark and I've never had an issue until I returned something recently. When you make a return, the POS system will prompt you to enter your PIN but employee was adamant that I decline that option and select credit. I didn't question him, just did as I was asked and wasn't given a return receipt. On my way home I began to question why the employee would tell me not to enter my pin ( as I know this would allow me to be refunded right away- I've worked in retail). I checked my bank account daily hoping that I would see the refund and that my suspicions would be wrong... 3 weeks later and still no refund. It was only $29 but just a heads up. read more

Very friendly staff. Looking for a last minute card and gift for a baptism. They had what I needed and the staff even gave me suggestions. They have selection of greeting cards. Honestly I have been coming here for years and have always loved it. Today was the worst experience I have had here. They close at 7pm, but because of traffic, I was delayed and pulled up 6:55, when I tried opening the doors it was locked, and the older women, who saw made eye contact with me, just looked at me like I was bothering her. I just wanted a simple happy birthday card, so now I'm forced to drive to San Dimas, since they're open later. Just awful terrible service. Faith's Hallmark Shop is a nice small store in the Rancho Cucamonga shopping center off of 19th street. I have been to this store a couple times and have always been pleased with the service and selection. They sell specialty cards, books, stationary, Engravable items, stuffed animals , collector items, and ornaments. This store has a large variety of special occasion cards. On my last visit, (January 2016) I visited the store to exchange a Christmas ornament that I got as a gift but did not care for the style. The manager had no problem exchanging the item for another one of equal value. I found a cute Scooby ornament , but it was less expensive than the ornament I was giving back. The manager credited me the difference! I am very happy with this interaction. I will be back again for sure. read more

I usually visit this store once a year to get my kids Christmas ornaments. I notice a guy (might be owner) was super friendly with his customers, offer discounts and offer them to join the hallmark club...until it was my turn. I definitely noticed the change on his voice and attitude and he was rude and not polite, he didn't try to find my info in their system, I asked him if i can sign up and he asked me only if I have an email account ... I really don't appreciate people who judge others by the skin color, accent or ethnicity. I'm definitely will do my online shopping for ornaments from now on. The old guy that supposedly has been working there 20 yrs pretty much accused my 7 yr old of stealing a bracelet. Then the younger brown haired gentleman was yelling at me for trying to use a $5 off coupon with Retail Me Not, that shows their store on it. It's 5$... not that it matters, but it was the point of being yelled at like I'm stealing things and just trying to rip them off for 5 bucks. They didn't want to help us to see things that were behind locked glass. I'm just saying, it's not like hallmark is cheap. We spent money. Don't treat us like dirt. They were so kind and generous and helpful. They helped me look for items, gave me their opinions and even helped wrap my gift. Nice and cute little shop. Carry unusual items with hallmark items in abundance. Staff is friendly and helpful. Owner/ manager is a bit standoffish. Never really get the feeling he is happy or appreciative of my patronage. Weather I buy one card or twenty ornaments his demeanor is the same. Very rude customer service, older woman that works here at the counter was very rude to me and my daughter, the woman also just tossed my items in the bag and the little statue I was buying got a crack in it because of the tossing. The ladies that work here are always nice. The complaint I have is with whom I assume is the owner. Every encounter I've had with him he has been rude. I asked him about a particular wrapping paper I've purchased there in the past. He stated they've never had it there. I've only shopped that store for my hallmark needs up until recently. I understand you can remember everything you carried in the past, but it's the way he answers you that is rude. I asked if perhaps another hallmark store would carry it or if all hallmarks carry the same items he replied he wouldn't know what other stores carry he doesn't shop other stores. I understand you may not shop other store but you should know if all store carry the same items since you yourself have two of them. That was one time the second time I asked for an item they used to carry that I couldn't find any more he just replied nope and put his head down. No further explanation like oh sorry we're not caring those any longer but instead we have these. Mr owner man you customer service skill sucks! This year I had a TERRIBLE experience with an elderly male employee. He was very rude to not only the customers but to the other employees and at one point even physically shoving another worker.
