The staff are amazing they took great care of Milo they explained everything I took him in for neuter during his exam before I left they found a broken baby tooth and pulled that. Made sure he is comfortable after surgery with pain meds and of course antibiotics because of the tooth pull. He is recovering great his incision site looks awesome no swelling he isn't in pain. Very easy company to work with everyone is friendly and informative. My cats weren't stressed out when they came home. The only issue I had, I was told I did not need cones for my kittens after they were spayed. That was a mistake because three days later one of the cats incision had opened up. There was no blood, but it needed to be resealed.When it was discovered Dr Kelly was closed. I had to take her to Blue Pearl not fun. read more

This veterinary office refused to see my pet or provide even a basic price estimate for a mass removal surgery unless I first went to another clinic to get bloodwork done. The issue is that they don't offer bloodwork themselves yet still require it before discussing care or costs. Requiring clients to pay another vet examination fee, transport results, and only then receive an estimate makes no sense and is a completely unnecessary barrier to care. When I questioned this, it was dismissed as "policy" rather than being handled with common sense or basic courtesy. I understand medical precautions, but refusing to even discuss treatment or pricing without jumping through hoops elsewhere is unreasonable. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking transparent, compassionate care for their pet. The advertised "low cost" is likely not the case once having to visit an additional vet. So disappointed. read more

As soon as I walked in the office I just felt at Peace, clean attentive answer all my questions seem to be very caring about their animals not much to judge on as this was our first time but from what I see they're amazing. Called after my kitty Kia was spayed and let us know she's doing okay and resting and when she would be ready and as soon as I was there to pick her up I mean they had her out and you could pay online which made it very convenient. Definitely will be taking her there again oh and the prices let me tell you they were amazing especially for a clinic and not just some random mobile unit definitely will be bringing any of my new dogs there or cats!!
