They sent us 20+ edited "preview" photos less than two days after the wedding, and just recently sent us all completed photos, less than a month after the wedding! We did have a relatively small, short wedding, but that was so much sooner than I expected to have them! Heather and Ryan are also just AWESOME people! Her energy instantly made me laugh and put me at ease. I left the meeting smiling from ear to ear, telling my husband "I love her! I am so excited for them to share our day with us!" Heather and Ryan were amazing throughout the entire process. They did our engagement shoot for us. They suggested places around the city that I hadn't even thought of, and were super flexible when the unpredictable Seattle rain got in our way. Even though we got caught in a rain storm, they are pure professionals, worked around it, and got the job done. We had such a good time. I was so in love with our engagement shoot! Heather was in contact with me weeks leading up to my wedding. I had a scare with my father, and she was unbelievably supportive, gave me ideas of how we could include him, and constantly checked in on me. I appreciate this level of compassion and it reaffirmed me that the energy I felt from her from the beginning was genuine and she is a solid good person. Her support leading up to and throughout my wedding means the most to me. The day of, they were punctual, on time, and got right to work snapping pictures of my family as we got ready. They made the whole process go smoothly, and always seemed one step ahead of everything. I was so comfortable with Heather and Ryan that I forgot that they were taking pictures the entire day. I have a complicated family dynamic, and during our family photos, they made sure to get a picture with every combination imaginable (which is difficult, believe me). When I received my photos, I was in love with all of them! Seriously. They were everything I was hoping for and more. Heather and Ryan captured literally every moment of the entire day. I see a lot of positive reviews on this site for Zoe, and while I do agree that the price was…read moreright, she was easy to work with the day of, and easy to interact with in person, our negative reviews are based on the lag time in getting our photos as well as unacceptable lack of communication and follow through after the event. Yes, we did get some beautiful photos but we were also left to sort through and digitally organize them ourselves no sooner than months after the our wedding. Save yourself the headache and find another photographer. Specifically, go with a photographer recommended by someone you trust. For our wedding, my wife and I didn't do that because admittedly we were trying to spend as little on a wedding photographer as we could. We found Zoe from an ad in "The Knot" and decided to go with her after looking at her photos online and speaking with her over the phone. She seemed pleasant enough, and we were also happy to secure her services for a fraction of what others were charging (we learned you get what you pay for). We liked her enough that we wrote a good review before getting the photos, which we now know was a mistake. We were married in May of 2019, and we weren't able to actually access our photos to share or save until October 2019... In July Zoe apologized to us for taking so long in her delivery, and said she would give us some prints as an apology, but that never happened. When we did "get" our photos in the form of a website link at the end of July 2019, they were not downloadable - they were merely posted to Zoe's website. We replied back to inform her of this issue (as well as having issues with some of the quality e.g. overly saturated filter, blurriness, poor framing, etc.), and Zoe didn't respond until October. Her solution was to just give us the thousands of raw, unedited photos so we could do the editing ourselves (?!). We asked if she could meet with us so we could sort things out in person. We texted, emailed, and called her. She didn't reply. It wasn't until we got a lawyer involved in February 2020 that Zoe finally modified her website, allowing us to download the photos as is. (Not to mention the fact that once we got to that point, we had to sort through the ones that weren't duplicates, poorly framed, overly saturated, or had her watermark, and create our own Google file to get them in chronological order! Shouldn't that be what we paid for, at least?) Save yourself the trouble - go with a photographer who someone you trust has had success with. Because if they don't deliver, there really isn't anything you can do about it short of spending more money to take them to court. This was the most stressful part of our wedding, which says a lot because our dog almost died that day! (no, seriously) The icing on the cake is that photos from our wedding are in the banner for the Knot for her photography company - so she didn't return our communications (until we hired a lawyer), but she did use our pics for advertisement... poor form!

She does not have permission and does own these images. Use of these are illegal and action will be taken.
