He was so detailed, trying to get different angles of the shots, which I really liked. I spent a lot of money on my dress and accessories, and I definitely wanted to capture them in my book. The ceremony was outside under the stage, and he guided us to the back area, which had more greenery, for our family and wedding party portraits. He was so funny and creative--everyone enjoyed his sense of humor. I believe he has a gift for making people feel comfortable and de-stressed. He even made my 85-year-old grandmother smile, which I hadn't seen in a long, long time. During the ceremony, he captured so many different shots, from wide angles to close-ups. He stayed close to us but kept enough distance so that the guests felt comfortable. I remember at my sister's wedding, her photographer stayed too close to everyone, and it felt awkward.
