When I was involved in a front end collision accident, the first thing they said was it will take 3 months to repair because they are so busy. No exceptions. The work would only take about 3 days but we had to be willing to wait 3 months before they started. Thankfully we had another vehicle to rely on. Unfortunately, after that exceptionally long waiting period was up and they finally let me know our 2004 Honda CRV was ready for pickup, I was STUNNED when I saw the car. None of the pieces of the front end were aligned, pieces were missing, and the hood was on crooked. Some of the plastic parts were not even fully snapped into place, and were literally hanging loose. When I pointed out the problems they explained that the insurance company only authorizes after market parts so they will NEVER fit correctly. As the owner, I will have to insist my insurance company pay for Honda parts and the additional LABOR costs so they can charge for Honda parts AND all of their time doing the repairs a 2nd time in order for the pieces to fit properly. And - of course, they will have to keep it longer - we will have to wait while they order replacement parts and make time redo the repairs. This place appears to be too busy with steady insurance work to be concerned with the quality of their work. I don't know what families with only one vehicle would do without a vehicle for that long if your insurance isn't paying for a rental car. The entire experience was awful. They have months worth of work stacked up and make it very clear they don't need your business. Of course, since their business model appears to includes billing every insurance company for 2x the parts and 2x the labor on every repair they have a great racket going. read more

The associate Brendon Peterson is an absolute prick. I came in for an estimate and he gave me a whole lecture about not wanting to use my insurance to pay for my repairs, going as far as to say that I am not allowed to pay out of pocket... Whether I want to make a claim with my insurance or not is my decision. I would assume they are over billing insurance companies to make more profit. I went to another shop down the road and received the same work for $480 less, with no issues with me paying out of pocket. read more

I recently had Toyota authorized peeling paint repaired on my vehicle as well as replacement of my trunk lid which I had dented. Kelly's did an amazing job in less time than anticipated and thoroughly cleaned my vehicle as well. It looked new,and the car is 11 yrs old. The staff were very professional,friendly and helpful,and their pricing was over $1,000 less than another repair shop. I highly recommend them!! read more

Great place!!! Wonderful job. This place was as easy as 1,2,3!!!!! My truck was hit in a parking lot and my insurance told me to take it to them. What a great job they did!! I got there they took care of everything, handled my insurance and told me to come back sept 6th and that the truck would be done on the 14th. It was done a day early and it was perfect, no drama in and out more than I could of expected!!!! Great job guys thank you for taking care of me and my Ford KING RANCH!! read more

Someone accidentally backed into my car and I heard Kelly's in Centralia does wonderful work and they where right. Yes, there was a little of a wait to get your vehicle in But Worth It! They did an incredible job and comes with a lifetime warranty as long as I own the vehicle. They were professional, ethical business practices, and made sure everything was set up. The driver side of my 2014 Silverado experienced an "unknown" hit and run that pretty much destroyed that side of the vehicle from the door to the tailgate, including part of the bed. I had 3 estimates and chose Kelly's as the repair approach seemed to be more durable, sensible, efficient and they were about $1,000 less than one shop that my insurance company recommended! This happened in July, parts were ordered, including door, back quarter panel, then the manufacturer's closed, the supply chain was disrupted, etc. Kelly's was great in keeping my updated, encouraging me to "keep positive" and they had not forgotten about me. Now, February of 2022 my truck finally had been repaired. Looks FANTASTIC and even my neighbors say that they would never know my truck had been damaged, except they saw everyday in front of my home for 7 months. HIGHLY recommend their craftsmanship, customer service and fee structure that does not compromise the end product. read more

I went to Kelly's Auto Repair to get an estimate, The guy that would have done the estimate, was in my opinion extremely rude. I told him I needed the estimate to proved to USAA when they ask for it, the estimator ask if USSA had photos of the damage, no they didn't, the estimator got rude and very rudely said, "THAT'S NOT HOW IT IS DONE ". I had already gotten two estimates, and had no issues. I got up and walked out, as I was leaving, the estimator said "he could do an estimate"! I left. I as I'm now older, I dont deal with rude people!!! I have to select a star to post, I wish this app had negative stars. read more

I took my car to Kelly's for a couple of repairs. When I took it in I was told that it would be ready on the 9/26. When they called on 9/20 to tell me it was ready, I was thrilled. When I picked it up, I was even more thrilled: not only had they washed the outside of the car, they had also cleaned the inside: windshield and floor mats. Everything they said they would do, and more. I wouldn't hesitate to take a car there. The service was excellent. read more

I called on my car on the 16th of May and they said it would ready to go by May 31st, so I showed up on the 31st to pick up my car and they told me that the car was totaled and too expensive to fix. You think they could've at least called and told me that my car was totaled, so I talked to one of their employees at the shop and asked why they didn't call me to let me know about my car and they said, that wasn't their job to call and tell me, they said it was the insurance's job to call and tell me about my car. read more
