This was our second time and the food was super good, service was great and the beers were amazing!

I went back here despite my better judgment because an old friend I hadn't seen in a while desired to go here for some drinks and food and to catch up. We sat outside because we had one of the few nice days around here where it didn't rain. The food was good but the shameful part here is the servers and atmosphere. During our meal, they decided to deliver hops or something to their silo outside the building but right outside the seating area. It was horrendously loud to the point of being uncomfortable with a scratching rattling noise that was terrible. We had to shout. After about 10-15 minutes of this, we complained to our server who said there wasn't anything that could be done but it should be over soon. Not long afterwards, it started to quiet down and everyone on the patio started clapping and cheering and THEN IT STARTED BACK UP. Slightly less loud, but still requiring shouting back and forth at our small table. This went on for another 30 minutes. I asked for the manager, who again said there was nothing she could do and then gave us "free drink" chips we could redeem for a free drink on another visit. We dropped over $80 for the two of us on this visit and were nearly hoarse when done talking. Then, as we are leaving, we look at the chips that we were given for our "free drink" and it's for a COFFEE on the house!! Not even a real drink. Good grief. I may have said this last time, but if at all possible, I'll never come here again. The price/atmosphere equation is radically out of balance here.

Wow, let's flash back to 2020. The tables still have COVID barriers. Crazy. Food was good. Service was good. I'm a Guinness drinker, but did not enjoy the Stout. Way too sweet. My wife did however enjoy her "Trippy Tree" - big coconut fan. Lots of seating- 2 floors.

We were blown away by how good this brewery was. It was pretty big and looked super cool. It had a little bit of everything for anyone. It was a nice casual place. We've had their beers at bars back home and we're always impressed. They don't do traditional flights but 5 oz pours. I had basically all of their sours, which were fantastic. My husband loved their Oktoberfest. The food was also great. My husband had a burger which was good. My turkey melt was fantastic. I typically will only eat half a sandwich, but I couldn't stop. Our server was great. We're stuck in town for the night because our event got cancelled last minute due to weather. She gave us recommendations.

Unforgettable staff serving up amazing brews and bites! This spot has become a family favorite for milestone birthday celebrations. We gathered together for Mom's 80th birthday and everyone left full and happy. To start, we ordered the brewers bites (mini pretzels with a side of cheese dip), cellarmen fries and brussel sprouts with an IPA honey glaze. While we had no issues demolishing all of the above with our table of 6, but recommend pacing yourself if you are also imbibing and plan to order a main course. We all ended up grabbing take-away boxes because we were over-full by the end! I ordered the steak sandwich and was very pleased with the local beef. My partner had the Cobb salad with blackened salmon and it was also incredible. **Shout out to our super-rad server, Trevor, who has been at the Factory location since it's opening. He was incredibly attentive and friendly. It is because of the Factory's amazing crew that we keep returning!

First visit to the Factory by Beer Tree. Love what they did to this part of the mall that used to be a Sears. The patio is huge and is great to enjoy on a nice day. My husband and I aren't huge beer fans so we had Blackberry and Lime cider from Awestruck and the Kentucky Buck cocktail. Both delicious. Chicken wings were big but could have been crispier. The IPA honey glaze was a little flavorless. No complaints about our entrees though. The chicken pesto pizza and the salmon salad.

This is a great spot if you're looking for quality food in the Binghamton area. They have a wide selection of craft beers, cocktails and wine. The space is large and is able to host big groups. I'm most impressed with the food. Usually breweries will have small snacks or subpar food. Here, everything is made fresh and you can definitely tell the quality is top notch. They also cater to different dietary needs, such as gluten free or vegan diets. The last time I was here, I ordered the veggie napoleon sandwich because I didn't feel like eating meat. I was prepared to chew on stale bread, but was shocked how light and airy their chibatta was. It literally came out of their pizza oven. The sandwich was so tasty for a vegan option. Definitely check this place out when in the area!

Stopped in a Monday the downstairs was closed (that area looked more inviting) sat at the bar upstairs near the pizza oven. They were out of specials so just decided on the brewers bites the best part was the cheese dip the bites were nothing like pretzels they were very dense biscuits and very dry. The quinoa bowl was ok some flavor. I was hoping for more it looks so nice as I have driven by for years but the atmosphere was not very welcoming and felt more like a take out place than dine in. I saw a lot of orders go out the door in my short time there. Was just hoping for more

I asked if I could have the Mexican salsa sauce instead of Dijon mustard on my wrap. My server behind the bar, , (who is also the manager), said no problem, but there might be a few black beans in the sauce, she made no mention of any extra charge for simply using a different sauce. When she gave my check, she had added $5.50 , just for salsa instead of Dijon mustard . When I protested, and asked her to remove the charge, she refused, and was very rude to me. I didn't use bad language, or behave in a threatening manner. A female friend of hers, who was seated at a nearby table, with two men, joined in, and they both ganged up on me. Since I was using a credit card, I had no choice but to accept the added charge. I told her that what she was doing is a practice called "Padding" a check, to beef up the bill. I asked her if this is how she was trained, and her answer was, "I didn't have to be trained, this is how I do things" . I was in the middle of gathering together my belongings, and putting on my coat, to leave, and she came around the bar to my side, and said, "Let's go, you're not leaving fast enough", (Quote) I left, as soon as I had my coat on. She also said that there was a problem, a few days earlier, when I came in for a quick beer, before catching my bus. Well, guess what that "Problem" was ? The draft beer was totally flat, and warm, and all I did was let them know, and asked for a bottled beer instead. I did what any customer would reasonably be expected to do. Before I left, she told me, "Don't come back ". This is horrendous treatment of a customer, especially coming from a manager. P.S. Jan. 15th, 2026 - I am responding to a few points in yesterday's reply from the business owner to my complaint: 1. She said I was expecting an add on for free. This is erroneous, because I didn't even think of a different sandwich sauce as an "Add-On", which it should not be. 2. Saying I added Beyond sausage to my burrito, which is an "extra charge" Again, erroneous, Beyond wrap is $13.25, and Bean Burrito is $12.95, so it's fair to say that they're both the same price. What I actually ordered was the Beyond sausage wrap, and merely requested the Burrito sauce instead of Dijon mustard. What the manager did was bill me for a Bean Burrito, $12.95, and added a "side beyond sausage", and charged me an extra $5.50 for what was supposed to just be the Burrito sauce, which is not in my opinion a legitimate "Side". 3. Saying that I should have asked if there would be an "Up Charge". It's the responsibility of the server to let the customer know, that there will be extra charge, it's not the responsibility of a customer to ask.

It was one of my favorite sandwich. Slices of rib eye sautéed with pepper and onion. We opt for no cheese cause of allergies, but the sandwich was very juicy. No need any condiments. They have two locations. This one is farther north about 15 mins away from Binghamton University but closer to Suny Broome. Though there is a closer location to Binghamton. I heard that the rib eye sandwich is only available in the other location. Def worth the drive up. We also ordered the onion rings and chicken nuggets. But the star was the rib eye sandwich. I didn't remember to add mayo and lettuce to our original, so it was a little dry. I did ask for mayo and lettuce and added it. The macaroni salad was really good! Today (7/25) we stopped in to have lunch with family who are local on our way back to NC. The spiedes were really sloppy and so saturated the bread was mushy. The 12 inch original my husband and I were sharing was super saturated. Unfortunately one of the chunks of chicken was served raw in the middle and I ate a bite out of it before I noticed the raw inside. I took the piece to the employee working the to go counter and she offered to remake our order and refunded by husband's card. I appreciate the business making it right. Hopefully our next trip will be a more positive experience. However overall the two stops were not bad, even with undercooked chicken.
