Then several months later the sprayer blade broke again, after it was out of warranty. We figured out that due to the dishwasher not being level that the sprayer blade was getting caught up in the pool of water caused by the unbalanced unit. We contacted Kelly's to see if they at least had a leveling bolt we could get / purchase and were told that the person who installed the unit would contact us, which never happened. Ultimately we got a leveling bolt for free from a local appliance repair store (thank you) and fixed the dishwasher ourselves, but we had to buy two sprayer blades and deal with a leaking /overflowing dishwasher due to their bad installation job.

I ordered a professional range 2 months ago, and today was the fourth delivery attempt--which I ultimately declined and requested a refund. Four separate delivery days where I planned my day around and cancelled plans because of delivery. It takes A LOT for me to write a bad review. I am absolutely baffled by the level of incompetence from the sales team at Kelly's. I would never recommend buying from them. If your appliance arrives in perfect condition, consider yourself lucky--you do not want to deal with this company if anything goes wrong. I still have not received a single unprompted phone call. Delivery Attempt #1: The stove arrived and when the protective tape was pulled off, it left residue everywhere and the stainless steel looked damaged. I declined delivery. Frustrating but understand it's no one's fault. However, one of the delivery people and our sales person implied that we should just give it a little elbow grease ourselves. We paid several thousand dollars for a new stove, I think that is unreasonable to tell a customer to do that. It was taken back to the store, where the sales staff supposedly "cleaned" it. No call from our salesperson to schedule new delivery. Delivery Attempt #2: The following week, they attempted delivery again. It still wasn't in acceptable condition, so I declined it again. Our sales person was not friendly and acted like we were being unreasonable. I ordered a brand new stove so I think it's pretty reasonable to want in perfect condition upon arrival. So they then ordered a completely new stove. Again, no one called me about a timeline or delivery. Delivery Attempt #3: My delivery window was 11:45-3:45, but they didn't show up until 6:30 PM. I received zero communication--I had to call repeatedly just to get updates on arrival time. I have a toddler and a stove I couldn't use because they kept saying they were arriving any minute. The new stove arrived with the exact same tape issue. Frustrated, I begrudgingly allowed them to bring the stove inside with the promise that a cleaning crew would come the next week-- still not convinced that they would be able to get it cleaned, but so frustrated that I had been sitting at home for hours waiting and wanted to just get it done. The installers pulled out my old stove, brought the new one in, and after working through dinnertime, bathtime, and bedtime for my toddler, they informed me at 8:30 PM that they couldn't install it because they didn't have the correct fittings. This was the first time anyone mentioned a professional installer. Again, communication has been nonexistent the entire time aside from automated delivery confirmations. Since I couldn't be without a stove with a toddler, they had to bring back my old stove and reinstall. They left our home at 9:00 PM--from a window that was supposed to end at 3:45 PM. After going back and forth with the manager, we finally arranged a professional delivery team for the following week. Delivery Attempt #4 (Today): Yet again, the stove arrived in unacceptable condition despite attempts to clean it. The installer tried to clean it and even he agreed the stainless steel looked permanently damaged. At this point, I requested a full refund. Throughout this entire ordeal, not once did anyone from Kelly's reach out to us--no updates, no apologies, no communication at all. They issued a refund but still no call. Every single time, we had to call them. I wasted four days sitting waiting for this range, clearing out a path for delivery and canceling plans. The only positive part of this experience was the delivery crews themselves. They were polite and did the best they could with the situation they were given. Jose, Chris L, Lander and Chris H were awesome and understanding of our frustrations. The professional installer that came today (I believe his name was Gary) was also very professional and friendly.

I have not used this company, but... I feel like I need to give them 5 stars based on their name…read more This holds as much merit as Andrea's review that was based on the way one person on their staff drove at one particular time of this companies existence. Don't damage a companies ability to get work because of traffic violations. That's ridiculous. Also, scary to think that someone who had a stent of erratic driving could be doing electrical work at your house? Please. You have never had someone over for dinner to your house and thought, "I hope they drove with expert precision, otherwise this dinner could get out of hand." No one cares.

Horrible Customer service!…read more This review has nothing to do with the electricians themselves but the female owner of the company. We called and made an appointment for installing a Coax cable outlet so we could have an internet connection. This home is a brand new construction home and we had only lived there two days before this appointment. They told us it would be no problem and showed up at 9 am. The electricians were at our house for about ten minutes and left to get supplies, they were gone for another hour and ten minutes. When they returned after about twenty minutes they said they could not do the job because they needed to locate a main electrical cable panel in the home. We did not know where this was so they called their boss (We later found the panel after they left). We overheard the entire conversation they had with her. She asked if we were really old (to imply incompetence), they told her we were young which she thought explained why we didn't know where the panel was. Next, she told her workers to waste another 45 minutes acting like you're looking for the panel then charge for two hours ($150 an hour) and leave not doing any work. At this point my husband and I are furious and asked if we could call their boss back. The workers have been at our house a total of 40 minutes and wanted to charge two hours of work when they did absolutely nothing. The woman answered and after my husband asked why we had to pay for two hours of no work she told him he was an ignorant asshole. She then continued to insult us by saying "I bet your mommy and daddy bought that house for you, maybe you should take some money out of it to get an education." My husband and I are both military veterans with college degrees and have worked very hard to get where we are. She didn't care at all and threatened to send collections if we didn't pay her outrageous price for no work and continued insults. She asked her workers to waste time and charge for it, she insulted us over the phone with her worker knowing nothing about us, then she insulted my husband on the phone personally. NOT A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!

This company charges hourly, and the feeling I got by the service I was provided was that they drag out their time. The job in total took 7 and a half hours. From 7:30am to 3:00pm, just to run a line through the attic to a disconnect box and to the heat pump. From 7:30 to about 8:45, the electrician spent the entire time deciding how to get the new line from the garage to the opposite side of the house. I own a two story split foyer house, where the bottom story is a basement (no crawl space). The house has no ducts (which is why we needed a heat pump) and because of this there is no access between stories. That leaves the attic as the only option to run lines. It took over an hour for a certified Journeyman to come to this conclusion, which I was responsible to pay for. After realizing that he needed to go through the attic, the journeyman had to get an apprentice to help run conduit up to the attic. This is when the electrician left from 9:00 until 10:30! An hour an a half just to get help! When asked what took so long, he stated he had to get supplies. I'm still not able to comprehend that response, since they drive a van and the only supplies used were cable, conduit, and this flexible material to transition from the inside of the attic to the conduit outside of the house. They knew they were wiring a heat pump outside, so they had to already have this material in the first place. From 10:30am, to 12:00pm the apprentice was here, and per the electrician, the apprentice is only supposed to be around for the part of the job that requires 2 people. This was described by the electrician as getting the cable up into the attic. It took them an hour and a half, which I was being charged hourly for 2 people (the apprentice is $10 less per hour) to run cable up the side of a house into the attic. The best part is that my invoice reflected 2.5 hours of apprentice time, to which my dispute was ignored. Let that last part be a testimonial to their legitimacy. From 12:00pm to 2:00pm was the electrician getting the cable from the attic to the other side of the house, down the wall, and connected to a disconnect box (the disconnect box and all supplies related to it were provided by me through my heat pump kit). In the process of getting the cable down the wall to the disconnect box, the electrician used a gutter that I had installed to secure the lines for the heat pump's indoor unit. They were not intended to house electrical that is enclosed in conduit and thus is perfectly fine to be exposed. The electrician installed the cable through the gutter. When confronted, the electrician said it was fine and that when I went to close the gutter at the top, I should just cut a notch out for the conduit. The only problem with that is, if I cut a notch out for the conduit, I can't seal the gutter, which means moisture will get into the heat pump which is not good (which is why you are supposed to seal the gutter in the first place). From 2:00pm to 3:00pm was spent wiring the heat pump from the disconnect box. In my mind, it took too long to run a small cord from the disconnect box to the heat pump, but the worst part is that the electrician didn't use the strain relief when wiring the heat pump OR the indoor unit. That is such a simple thing to do, that I can't think of any other reason besides laziness or inexperience as to why they wouldn't use the strain relief. The next day the heat pump technician comes by to certify the job and turn the heat pump on. The very first thing he asks when he looks at the outdoor unit was if I ran the wires myself, because the cable was using the gutter intended for the heat pump internal piping. He told me that he could turn the unit on, but when I went to get a mechanical permit for the heat pump, they would not pass it because I wouldn't be able to seal the gutter. The technician was also worried about the type of cable used (orange cable that he referred to as NM) being exposed and not in a conduit. When I emailed Code Electric, they assured me that NM cable is permitted to be exposed and doesn't get damaged by UV or harsh conditions. We will see when I go to get the mechanical permit and I will update this review accordingly. After the technician left, I emailed Code Electric with things that needed addressed from their first visit: 1. The conduit needed to be moved. 2. None of the holes they made in my house (there are 3 of them) were sealed. I can't think of another reason besides laziness as to why you wouldn't seal a hole that you drill into a customer's home. They sent out an electrician to move the conduit and seal the holes the next day. That electrician took 2 hours to move the conduit, and only sealed 1 of the holes. He left without any follow up and the company isn't responding to the request of sealing the remaining 2 holes
