New and clean all around. Located right next to Sicilian Oven in lighthouse point. Second visit I repeated the Cherry. I'm recommending this one. I paired it with Caramel. It too was very good. Same guy, the owner, each time and he's a pleasant dude that will chat with you. I gave only 4 stars as i haven't tried the espresso coffees or muffins. First visit I had the cherry. That said, I have a sweet tooth, so I still loved it--and even though it definitely wasn't the lowest-calorie choice, it was absolutely worth it!
