Kelly is awesome! Very attentive & caring. Licensed & bonded. She also does TNT with feral cats in addition to her pet service.

I have an older cat that has always eaten dry cat food, so I had little need for a pet sitter…read more However, a few weeks before we were supposed to go on vacation, my cat quit eating. The vet told me it would be too stressful for him to be boarded while we were gone, so I read online reviews and called Ann. I honestly was blown away. Ann was extremely knowledgeable, and also just incredibly kind and loving toward my cat. She went out of her way to take care of him while we were gone. She brought over feeding syringes and gave him Pepcid to help his stomach, as he was unable to eat without throwing up. She honestly got more food down him than I had been able to. She also recommended a brand of food that he will finally eat on his own, and had great advice for me on how to get him to start eating again (we had the vet pull a few teeth). Every day when we were gone she kept me updated by sending emails and pictures of him. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. I will for sure be using Ann in the future, and cannot recommend her enough.

She helped us care for our dachshund when he had back surgery and was a trusted advisor when our 14 year old Golden Retriever went to the Rainbow Bridge. She has been a lifesaver when we've had to go out of town with little notice. She is always helpful and friendly even when we have complicated requests for care. Whether it's an aging pet, or a new rescue, Annie offers compassionate care and great pet advice. I highly recommend her!

Dear Desiree and Kendra,…read more We wanted to "Thank You" so much for handling our "Neena" in such a professional manner regarding her interview process. We spoke with several of your customers when we came to pick up Neena, and they absolutely spoke about your outfit in a very positive manner. We feel very thankful to have found a place that Neena will feel good about when we are at work. Both of you also exhibit wonderful attitudes which we are sure transcends to the pups! Sincerely, Camille and Mark

Our dog, Sally, was under the care of Camp Bow Wow - Grapevine from 12/6-12/13 while our family was…read moreout of town. When we picked her up, she was extremely lethargic and clearly not acting like herself. Within hours, we rushed her to urgent care and were told she had internal bleeding. She was immediately transferred to an emergency animal hospital, where she underwent an emergency splenectomy because cancer was suspected. Thankfully, pathology showed no cancer. We were then told by veterinary professionals that one possible cause of this type of injury is blunt force trauma. I went to this location in person and spoke with the manager to explain what happened and to seek answers--not to accuse anyone, but to understand how our dog could suffer a life-threatening internal injury while in their care. Instead of concern or empathy, I later received a phone call questioning the credibility of what I had said and asking for the name of the hospital and number in order to verify herself. There were no apologies, no expression of concern for Sally's condition, and no willingness to meaningfully engage with us. The focus was entirely on defending themselves and emphasizing how "big of an accusation" this was--despite the fact that we were simply looking for answers, not placing blame. Our dog almost died while under their care, and the lack of compassion, accountability, and basic concern afterward was deeply disturbing. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering leaving their pet here. Stay far away.

1 Star for the Groomer Shannon 2 Stars for Woofies…read more Do NOT use Shannon!!! Shannon shaved my sweet cavaliers whiskers off! When addressed, I was told she did this because it's part of a standard cavalier show dog cut. Not only does Google disagree with that (shaving whiskers is not part of their standard cut), but when she asked me if I wanted a standard cut when she first arrived, I said NO, just trim paws, butt, and tummy fringe. She cut chunks of his ear hair off, and left several spots of matted hair on his tummy. For my Sheltie, his butt is still covered in bits of poop after his service and she shaved so close to skin on his back leg that she drew blood. He's been limping on it since. She took 1 hour to wash, cut, and dry each dog. The girl that came last time took 3 hours to do all of this. It takes myself over an hour just to blow dry each dog. Meaning there's no way she was able to complete their groomings in that timeframe without being aggressive with them. This is also evident in the fact that they were both shaking and skittish all evening. (I was told maybe she moved quickly because she got bit the day before??? but honestly, if she moves that aggressively with other dogs, I'd be surprised if she doesn't get bit more often). The owner called to discuss the situation 24+ hours after the service. After offering excuses for the poor quality service, he ended up refunding both dogs and offered to redo the services with a different groomer next time - which I appreciate. And why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. I'm shocked that Brian (owner) said she wouldn't be fired over this, and that he would subject other dogs to this treatment, but wanted to share my experience to add to Shannon's HR file, and hopefully prevent others from having to deal with her awful quality of service. If you must use Woofies, DO NOT USE SHANNON! Especially if you are wanting the quality of service that you're paying for. I would expect an experience like this from Petco.. or my toddler, not a "luxury" dog groomer.
