I know it's hard when you have other dogs come in (it's like kids at school where parents send their kid sick,) but there has to be a way to keep your location sprayed and treated for fleas. As for kennel cough, I can only say I've been at the front desk when the front desk asked a patron for updated records as they dropped off a dog and when the person said they didnt have them, they replied with "that's ok just send them when you can." That shows they dont pay attention to vaccines in great enough detail. The response shouldn't been, "then your dog can't be dropped off until we get those records." We saved money on boarding in comparison to other places but spent $1000.00 on a vet bill for kennel cough.

Let me be frank, if my pup was not good, it was not sugar coated. She let me know what needed work and also what they were doing well and seeing improvements. On pick up day, we walked to the local park and practiced the commands and learned how to properly use the tools that she used to our advantage. I highly recommend Savannah for anyone who wants to really invest in their pups well being. She made sure to teach manners and not go against the dogs personality (ex. Winston's version of down is front first vs the normal butt first). She isn't a "one and done" for our pup, we still have homework or else the pup may revert back. Over three days, I submitted multiple intake forms (in case the first didn't go through), sent texts, and called. There was no follow-up, no acknowledgment. Nothing. The only response I received was a single text saying they weren't accepting new boarders until May 1 and to fill out a request form...which I had already done multiple times. If you're too busy to take on new clients, that's completely understandable. But ignoring repeated outreach and sending a generic, unhelpful response isn't. Communication matters, especially when people are trying to make plans with real deadlines. They may be great with dogs, but based on this experience, I wouldn't rely on them if you expect professionalism or responsiveness.

Taking no responsibility and offering no resolution. In regards to your response - my dogs were in your facility from 7:30am until almost 5pm, which I would not consider brief. This just adds up to the lack of information you are aware about your operations. I truly hope you review your cleanliness and health procedures for the sake of all pets. Before posting this review I addressed my concerns with you directly in a rather fruitless resolution.
