When it comes to selecting a pet sitter for my cats, let's just say I over scrutinize! I travel quite frequently both for fun as well as for my job. I recently moved back to Dallas and this was the first time collectively living here over 14 years that I had pets and needed a sitter. After reviewing my websites, reading reviews, backgrounds, etc., I came across Pink Paw Pet Sitters. There was something about the website, their experience and reading Morgan's profile that I had a good feeling. After leaving an e-mail for more information, Morgan responded right away. We scheduled an initial "meet and greet" - the minute I met her I knew I found a professional who is very organized, thorough in her process and more importantly, that my cats connected with right away! After having Morgan sitting for 4 days with my babies, it was clear to me not only while I was gone (she provided immediate updates, pictures, etc after each visit) that she was taking great effort to insure my cats were happy. The REAL evidence was when I got home. My babies were happy to see me but I had no "you left me for a while" adverse attitudes when I got home. Clearly a sign Morgan help eliminate their stress of my absence. It usually takes me a day or two to get them to calm down again. I have found a GREAT pet sitter!!! I initially was hesitant to leave my rescued Doberman who is dominant in an open environment but Morgan had me bring my dog over for an evaluation and once we were in agreement that they would get along I left my dog with her for 4 days. I was sent texts daily with updates and pictures and more importantly the transition back to my home went smoothly. I had done a lot of research and was alarmed that some pets were injured or traumatized from their stays but was very happy to report no such problems with Morgan. She is very professional and I was impressed how she made sure my dog would fit in and be comfortable at her place with the other guest, as most people would have been more interested in making money and worry about ramifications later. I have had my cats for 3 years and never have I ever felt so comfortable leaving my two cats with anyone. Morgan introduced herself to my cats and I and my cats immediately fell in love with her. She is the best of the best. She has gone above and beyond for my babies and me. From curing them from sickness, to keep me up to date every visit, to buying toys/treats/food/litter/etc. just anything they need or I need she's got. I left to the West Coast for about three months and during that time she took care of my cats and it was the decision I ever made. She kept them more than healthy and happy. I have 3 blue heelers 1, 4 & 16. Morgan far exceeded my expectations. My dogs loved on her immediately so I knew it was a good connection. I received text messages & pictures during each visit. She gave very detailed updates and didn't hesitate to ask questions when my oldest wasn't eating well. It was the first time to leave the puppy & im glad I made the decision to hire Morgan. My dogs were happy to see me when I got home but were not stressed out nor did they get destructive. I would like to personally thank Tonya of Pink Paw Pet Sitting for taking care of my cat, Matteo, when travelling on business. Tonya is reliable, conscientious, trustworthy, and available on short notice. Matteo was in good hands which added a sense of comfort when out of town. Tonya would come to my home twice a day (morning and evening) to check-in and feed Matteo. Also, she would provide me with regular updates and pictures of Matteo which was great. Morgan was incredible with our kitties She was able to help us on short notice and was very thorough in care and preparing for the caring of our little ones. She checked in frequently and sent us updates. What I really loved was the photos she sent and the feed back she gave in terms of health and development for our cats. Over the last few years we have used the services of several dog sitters/walkers and have never been completely satisfied. Thankfully, that all changed when we found Morgan! Daisy, our 3 year old basset mix, absolutely adores Morgan and runs into her arms when we drop her off! Even after almost 2 years, she continues to ask questions about Daisy's behavior and needs which allows us to rest assured that she is in good hands. Morgan (Meadow Muffins) is a fantastic pet sitter! My mom broke her hip and had to be in the hospital and rehab for almost 3 months. I wasn't able to take care of her cats every day, so Morgan and I alternated days. Morgan always texted me when she had seen the cats and would give me a brief update of how they were doing that day. Morgan is great! She notified me after visits and let me know how my two dogs were doing and even sent a few pics. My dogs Ringo and Prancer were totally relaxed and happy when I returned home. I would highly recommend Pink Paws. The customer service, convenience and price easily beat boarding a pet while away. Morgan is awesome!!!! She sent me pics, gave me updates, and even was apologetic when she didn't get me pics until late. I was gone for six days and had Pink Paw perform short stop ins to check on my cat and check litter box. She offered to check my mail as part of the service.
