We also learned that they did not file permits for this work. The business owner has confusing billing practices wherein he charges for services that were not discussed or approved, and when questioned about his practices, ceases returning calls and withholds information. They overcharge and underdeliver. There are many other, better, landscaping and masonry companies to use in the area. Update: in response to this review, and placing a complaint with the village for his withholding information and completing work without permits or a license, he sent an offensive, threatening email, complete with misogynistic name-calling, threats, and accusations of things that never occurred.
