It took close to month before we heard back from them with the requested quote and that's simply unacceptable. From my experience over the years, this lack of prompt follow up (or even following up/returning calls) seems to be a common issue with Landscaping companies. Long story short- We ended up having to hire another local Landscaping company that did provide a quote for us in a timely manner. Hopefully, you'll have better luck than we did (?)
