They never showed. I understand things happen however a simple phone call would have made a world of difference.

Updated review. Established communications with the company and tried to resolve all this. They said they are reliable despite not showing up when they said they would. They said they We are always kind and understanding and professional. I asked for my money back because they never did the job and I had to hire someone else. What a treat this company is to work with! The person we hired to take care of our weeding and Parkway trimming and clean up bailed on us. Happily we found Ramirez mowing on yelp with some good reviews and we put in a request for a quote. Not only are they super responsive to the projects folder but they also called us directly to confirm after we booked them for arrival time and scope. The couple that came worked their butts off! And made a real difference in tidying up the entire look of her corner property. We can also feel the plants seeming to be healthier and happier on the parkway! We would absolutely recommend them and are likely to use them on a recurring basis all summer long for maintenance of the great work they did. read more

He's also extremely unprofessional I don't know how to reply to that or what your issue is with other people but after hearing your reply I'm glad you never showed up to my house and the money lost was well worth it to keep you off my property. Had a good experience initially, lawn looked great. Last month, the company asked for a deposit to purchase salt (snow). Payment was rendered, and the company is a no-show. They have not been responsive to calls or text msg. They have essentially stolen money and not provided a service. I referred a friend, and they have done the same to that person as well. A++ What a wonderful find!! I am so glad that I found Ramirez Mowing & Garden landscaping!! Both husband and wife were helpful in getting my yard back to normal as another company didn't show up. However, Josue came and took care of it heroically!! They came the next day after I contacted them; so very grateful for this as my yard was very much in need of everything to be completed and they did it in record time...before dark. Also, working hard but also very careful as they found three baby rabbits and put them safely in a box with a cloth to keep them safe...the three little ones are safe now with their mother due to the loving care of Josue and Josefina. Not only are they good at the mechanics of yard work they are very knowledgeable about many things and if there was a class/course in landscaping...they would certainly fill a room...blessings to these two wonderful people. read more
