I ordered the $20 bottomless mimosas, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with Fried Chicken, and because I'm indecisive and they were offered a la cart, I ordered a side of Catfish and a side of greens. My friend decided on the chicken and waffles. The food came out in an acceptable amount of time and piping hot. We did have to ask for our beverages and they were quickly brought out. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious, bursting with flavor from the multiple ingredients. I asked for butter but ultimately didn't need it because they were delicious with just a hint of syrup because they were already sweet. They came with 4 chicken wings (flats) which I appreciated because I don't like when the chicken is strips. The chicken wings were seasoned and fried to perfection, as were the catfish strips. Just the right amount of batter and seasoning to be crunchy but still flaky and melt in your mouth delicious. The greens were to die for!!! Cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. I added a few dashes of hot sauce and they hit the spot. It reminded me of my childhood and I longed for some good cornbread to sop up the remaining pot liquor . But I digress lol. The restaurant was located in a convenient and easy to find location with plenty of parking. Clean tables and facility. I observed the staff washing their hands multiple times throughout the visit. Overall, everything was excellent and I'll definitely be returning to try other menu offerings. A few things to note: Definitely make a reservation. They do not split checks. It's one check for the entire table so figure it out and make it easy for them. Debit and credit cards only. They also offer Chef Curated Catering experiences and party and event rentals.

Sonia was extremely responsive, courteous, and helpful. I was able to send a deposit and reserve my date within hours of my initial message to them. Throughout the weeks leading up to our party there was ample contacts assuring me that everything would go smoothly. The day of the event itself the arrival was confirmed twice so I was able to sit back and enjoy my daughter's party. We had decided on a poolside hibachi dinner. So setup involved hauling all the equipment around my backyard. The team was well prepared for the challenge. We offered to help and they politely declined. Their entire trailer was unpacked, unloaded, and set up within 30 minutes of arrival. We all enjoyed a slow, relaxed meal with lots of entertainment and emphasis on the birthday girl. After hours of swimming the adults and children couldn't even finish their meals. But wait.....they have to go containers to ensure all of your guests can take home their leftovers without you lifting a finger. Overall the experience is simply unbeatable.
