Why 4 stars vs 5: I would rate the quality of the repair as B+. My goal was "you'd only know it was there if you knew what to look for" because it was on textured plastic bumper which I knew would be impossible to make look perfect. I'd say they did that for the most part. I don't think most people will even know it is there. But from a "perfect" standpoint the one area they sanded down they sanded too far down and there is a "flat spot" (see photo). There is also some runs in the paint (see photo). Again, this is on bottom edge of bumper so I'm splitting hairs. I only share that because if you want "perfect, like it never even happened" you probably want to just go to a full on body shop. If you are good with "pretty good" then you'll probably be happy.

I got there in 10 min on my way home and was told it was just slightly over an hour before closing, so they could not check my tires, just my tire pressure. They told me they were very slightly off but fine. Sunday my mom got taken to the hospital, so I was driving from Chicago to Oak Brook to Elmhurst and on my way home, the light goes off again. Later in the evening a neighbor tells me to go here and not to the dealership or I will get ripped off. I checked out the reviews and see they are open until 2am! So I get here at 10:30 p.m. and the guys are really nice. I explain what is going on and that I do not know which tire it could be. They offered me a bottle of water and as I was waiting I also got to try some imported grape juice. They checked all my tires, found the one with a nail in it, and I was out the door in 30 min! They were just so nice and friendly and took care of the problem so fast, I really appreciated it. Thanks to them I was able to get into the office in the morning and not miss a meeting, and I am sure I paid WAY less than what the dealership would have charged me! Thanks SO much!!!

Put in an RFQ to Tinting Chicago for PPF/Tinting services for my 2025 Lexus RX500, and received a…read morephone call a few minutes ago, despite clearly identifying email as my preferred method of contact. An unproductive conversation ensued. References made to current discounting adverts listed on the website were dismissed as 'former promotions' that were strangely lacking expiration dates. How could a promotion end without a website revision or an indication anywhere of an expiration date? I was then requested to send a photo of the website to the unsolicited caller to verify the advert I had and was currently seeing. I complied and was told that what was advertised wasn't currently on offer, yet no effort seemingly made to honor the promotion offered on the website that we both were, by then, seeing. Deciding to side with my lying eyes over the lying, duplicitous, prevaricating voice on the phone, I promptly ended the call mid-conversation and decided to phone another tinting installer. Hopefully, this review gives reason for others to do the same.
