I needed a tow on a Saturday night ( 9:00pm, go figure). I called and was told it would be about 15 minutes (ETA). I wasn't really expecting them to arrive in less than 45 minutes. Surprisingly, the truck arrived in about 20 minutes. The driver had me "hooked up" before I could blink (it was not an easy task with the little room between two other cars). During the ride, I learned that "Alex" was the owner. What a great guy! Being a small business owner myself, I was really impressed with his courteousness and professionalism.
