    I went in to their new location for an oil change on my Frontier. The check in procedure went fine…read moreand the car had the oil change completed in about 45 minutes. Then into the car wash and parked outside. That was normal. That is where things went downhill. I waited 1 hour 15 minutes to get checked out after the service! The checkout procedure was terrible. No communication with me about the delay. I finally told the service writer about my long wait and he said he is working on it. I saw my keys on his desk for 45 minutes and nothing happened. Once he did work on my paperwork it was done wrong 3 times. I caught the mistakes before paying. The people at the checkout desks were unorganized and had no communication among themselves. I never had any delays or problems at the old dealership service department. Something changed other than going to the new location. The new facility is very nice but that doesn't cover up the inefficiency of the service writers upon checkout. I saw other people getting frustrated with their long waits too.

The vehicles might be nice at first, after a couple of years you'll notice parts starting to "fail" and "break" on brand new vehicles. I cannot recommend staying away from Nissan as whole enough. Not to mention this specific dealership sales reps harassing you. Repeatedly calling you after you buy a vehicle with them to trade it in. 15 times in two weeks. AVOID!!! Response; the vehicle is no longer under warranty. Apparently it is 4 months past. The service department wants to charge 720$ to replace the part. The mechanic down the road only wants half. Since it's no longer under warranty, there is no reason to ever bring it back to Nissan. (Also look at the trust pilot, and angry consumer reviews) this place has gained a reputation for shady practices. Just had my vehicle fixed for 100$ turns out it was a blown fuse. Nissan tried to charge me for a whole ac blower motor. RUN FROM THIS PLACE

    Had a car not from them,went here to look as some people told us they were good.Found a car we…read moreliked here that we got in November of 2025 one week after getting it the airbag light would come on randomly and turn off stabilitrak and traction control on it.It was a 2013 gold tahoe and had issue after issue I was very very excited for this car until this and until paying $650 for this car a month with insurance and payments combined just to have this many issues.We called and asked if they could fix it as we were told it was as is but wanted to see if we bought the part if they would as they told us they would. Unfortunately this came with being told it could take two days for them to even look at it and we'd have to leave it there and this was our only car and they knew that.When I went there I saw someone waiting and a car in the shop that looked to be like it was getting worked on so not sure why they could be there and we couldn't when we had no choice.Since we got the car it's been issue after issue we were not informed about and it's issues that don't just happen overnight someone that works here knew something no doubt about that.They knew we needed something safe as we had an infant and feel like they took complete advantage.We replaced the body control module for $500 almost $600 with programming,the alternator,battery and still nothing would fix it.They refuse to help,scam you.Sunday evening (5/17/26) we went to start it and it wouldn't even start whatsoever.My husband called and told them to come get it and the first thing that was asked was if they needed a tow truck for it before he even said what issue it had.Save your money and do not go here no matter how good it seems i'm very very disappointed in them and expected better from them with what we were told.Go anywhere they will take and take and put you through so much with a car that supposedly had no issues.Also the payoff amount with what we paid did not add up $573 to be exact that doesn't just go missing randomly.
