My experience is based off of one service employee, fortunately the other that ended up helping me was very nice and competent, however Nicole ruined it enough I will not be going back. I took my car in for service after it being there for 3 weeks I was looking for just an update on the situation and after several failed attempts to contact Nicole (5 or 6) who was my service advisor, I finally ended up getting another advisor and her service manager emailing and calling her while on her lunch break to call me back. I was able to pick my car up immediately with no issues after they put over 200 miles on it and tried to leave me with an empty tank. I'm not entirely sure how much of that 3 week period my car was ready since Nicole wouldn't answer that question when asked on the phone and when I was finally there in person she avoided me. 10 out of 10 don't recommend. read more

This place took over classic Chevrolet and customer service has gone down the tubes. Purchased 3 gmc 1500 work trucks. A 20, 22, and 23. The first 2 of the 3 have now had a "valve stick" on the a/c compressor approx 1 year after the warranty ended. Exact same problem roughly at the exact same time and mileage. Close to a $2000 repair. GM offered a $100 parts discount, the service department themselves refuses to work with me at all on the repair saying he doesn't see a pattern and that parts break. I understand the service doesn't make the part, but given the totality of the situation I believe the dealership as a whole should have stepped up and offered something to help with the cost of repair. read more

I bought a brand new SUV from this very location and that was where my problems began. Bought it from two sales people (they were working together) and one of them, Josh A. decided to use his personal phone to communicate with me through texts/calls and during/after purchase we had flirted a bit back and forth- well- his girlfriend or whoever she is thought it was a good idea to steal my number off his phone and call me repeatedly THEN send her friend after me to harass me further- I spoke with the GM Tyler about that and I had to eventually just change my number. But keep your clientele's information secure- BIG issue with this. Maybe a few weeks into having my new car I got a flat, bought the warranty and everything for it and got it over there, I was given a run around about the tire until they replaced it, happened again and this time I decided to mention the slow leak in my tire, the rear hatch for a tow hitch not staying in place and the issues I'm having with my radio/touchscreen/speakers/display. Well, Lisa, the service advisor, is an absolute....not a nice word....decided to be very rude and demeaning towards me for some reason as I just asked how they go about testing that electrical stuff/how long it takes. Anyways, she's snapping at me and being so rude pretty much telling me I'm SOL until she says so. No idea when they'll be able to even look at it, tells me I cannot schedule an appointment to have it looked at, etc. Well, I go in yesterday to fix yet another flat tire and who do I have the utmost displeasure of speaking to? Lisa. I waited right in front of her CLEAR office window for a few minutes just waiting, not huffing and puffing or rolling my eyes or anything, simply, standing. She waved me in as if I was doing something wrong by waiting until she was free? Anyways, I said "hey, I called earlier about a flat tire and the man I spoke with said to just bring it by" and she says "ok you know where the waiting room is" and I jokingly say (because she remembered me) "hahaha you can see I have the worst luck with this car" and she rolls her eyes at me. I go and wait, get my car eventually. Every morning I walk past the rear end of my car and I look at it, don't know why, it's just what I do, after my car was pulled back to me the rear windshield wiper is now angled down to my license plate so I go back to her office and ASK "hey can someone take a look at my wiper? It's not where it's supposed to be and it didn't look like that THIS MORNING and I can't push it back, I don't want to break it" she f**ks off for a few minutes and comes back with a sh*t eating grin on her face "you came in with it like that. It didn't happen here. You brought it in like that. I checked the cameras. You pulled in that way. I checked the cameras" and I said "okay, I just said it wasn't that way this morning-" "-yeah you brought it in like that. I checked the cameras. Come on. Come look" And I said "no I don't need to see the cameras I just want to see if someone can fix it" "well he can TRY. He can LOOK." It just needed to be tightened...the guy who fixed it said "oh okay so someone probably changed this wiper recently" and I said "no, no one has touched it". ANYWHO MORAL OF THE STORY THIS CAR IS 7, SEVEN MONTHS OLD. EVERYTHING IS UNDER WARRANTY. INSIDE, OUTSIDE, ON TOP, UNDER IT, ALL OF IT IS UNDER WARRANTY. I'm very close to calling this one lemon, with each issue I've made clear and eventually when Lisa "finds time" my warranty will be expired. I drove my previous 2016 Hyundai for 8 years before selling it and getting this thing and it's got more problems than my Hyundai did so far. read more

Per the person in the phone, an appointment on a certain day does not mean that your vehicle is serviced or even looked at that day. It could be 1-2 days later. That is not an appointment. That is a day to drop vehicle. When I asked if they could put me in the Que, tell me what day they will look at the vehicle, I will have it there before they open, I was told no. I'll start with, the actual car buying experience went very well. It was a pleasure to work with Hal, and the entire team was incredibly respectful and courteous. It's what happened after the sale - when we sat with the finance desk, they told us they had no problem holding our deposit check for 3 days. Multiple people said it wasn't a problem. They even told me to post date the check. And then they turn around and cash it immediately. Obviously we are upset. When we asked how they could fix this, we were told it wasn't their fault, it's someone in the finance departments fault. That's not how my husband and I believe a business should run. Everyone that has JDCBG brand on their shirt, you take accountability and fix it instead of passing the blameI'm hoping for a call back saying they'll take my Tahoe back, but if I'm not able to, I will never ever do business with this place again. Unethical dealership I thought today was a wonderful day when my fiance and I got a pre-owned 2019 GMC Denali truck to go with our RV, to begin all our adventures as a travel nurse! Little did we know what lies ahead of us. We saw the truck, which seemed beautiful, salesman Keith pointed out few dings here and there, nothing major. Excited that we scored a great deal, we went ahead and signed the deal. Here comes the finance guy, really pushy with selling the extended warranty. His words " if you drive outta here and your truck breaks into two pieces "... Reallyyy dude? That's how you interact with your customers? We decided not to get the extended warranty, which he wasn't very pleased about. Finally our truck arrived after a quick wash. Keith the salesman helped us with the onstar process. That's when I notice something, it's a crack on the top left corner of the windshield!! That's exactly where they very intelligently put the sale sticker before! Keith tries to assure me that it's been filled with silicone and what not. But what about being transparent and upfront to your damn customers beforehand! I have never felt this cheated in my life before. I'm an ICU nurse, I'm not taught to lie to people's face. I don't know how employees at this dealership do that to fellow human beings. I left the dealership in tears, cheated and disrespected. All the sweet talk before the purchase about how much they appreciate my service, nothing but a big lie. The staff at Jerry's Buick GMC went above and beyond this past Monday! We spoke with Juan on the phone before making the 5 hour trip, one way, from Houston and he made sure that everything was just as we asked. We worked the whole deal over the phone including financing. Upon arrival the truck was detailed, filled and ready to go with two sets of keys as requested. We maybe spent 45 minutes total at the dealership and that was including the test drive. Financing was also helpful and overall the experience was smooth sailing. We did have one small issue after leaving the dealership, but they made it right immediately!! Juan even made a follow up call to make sure we loved our purchase.
