Had a car not from them,went here to look as some people told us they were good.Found a car we liked here that we got in November of 2025 one week after getting it the airbag light would come on randomly and turn off stabilitrak and traction control on it.It was a 2013 gold tahoe and had issue after issue I was very very excited for this car until this and until paying $650 for this car a month with insurance and payments combined just to have this many issues.We called and asked if they could fix it as we were told it was as is but wanted to see if we bought the part if they would as they told us they would. Unfortunately this came with being told it could take two days for them to even look at it and we'd have to leave it there and this was our only car and they knew that.When I went there I saw someone waiting and a car in the shop that looked to be like it was getting worked on so not sure why they could be there and we couldn't when we had no choice.Since we got the car it's been issue after issue we were not informed about and it's issues that don't just happen overnight someone that works here knew something no doubt about that.They knew we needed something safe as we had an infant and feel like they took complete advantage.We replaced the body control module for $500 almost $600 with programming,the alternator,battery and still nothing would fix it.They refuse to help,scam you.Sunday evening (5/17/26) we went to start it and it wouldn't even start whatsoever.My husband called and told them to come get it and the first thing that was asked was if they needed a tow truck for it before he even said what issue it had.Save your money and do not go here no matter how good it seems i'm very very disappointed in them and expected better from them with what we were told.Go anywhere they will take and take and put you through so much with a car that supposedly had no issues.Also the payoff amount with what we paid did not add up $573 to be exact that doesn't just go missing randomly. read more

Love Pruitt Auto Sales. I started financing my car their back in May. Have not had one issue with them since. They have been very flexible with my payment schedule, when my paydays were changed. I also had to get my brakes fixed, which at the time I couldn't afford entirely, but they worked on them anyways to ensure my safely. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Ron and Beth and have not had a problem with them at all. We have been late on payments, however we stayed in contact with them at all times. We never dodged their calls or not called them back. We just went to look at a truck today. (I had a wreck ). I will do business with them whenever I have a need for a vehicle. When I had a flat, they sent someone to come change my tire. Yes, I was just down the road on 377, but I felt comfortable in calling and asking for help. DON'T GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. They are complete crooks! After making my payments in full for 2 whole months I ended up falling short only twice on my payments and each time I was only a WEEK behind on my payments. Thanksgiving I went out of town for a week and when I returned, I was surprised to find that the very next night they had sent a tow truck out to my home to repossess my vehicle! I was extremely frustrated considering I had only been exactly 8 days late when the tow truck came. I had paid up to date to that point other then the previous week(which had paid before I left for thanksgiving SO I was completely paid up until after thanksgiving) After they towed my car on Saturday, they basically told me that the tow truck still has to tow the car to the dealership before they can give me an exact price on how much it would be to get it out. Monday comes around and I call to see how much it was going to be and they wanted the FULL 7,000 for the vehicle. OBVIOUSLY if I had 7,000 I wouldn't have gone to this rinky dink dealership. So they knew that I would not have been able to afford to get the car back. They towed it knowing that so they could turn my car for more profit. My $300 a month wasn't enough for them. NOT TO MENTION. When I went to get my things from the vehicle, there were items missing. Things I had purchased for the car such as my seat covers, steering wheel cover, visor organizer, air clips, and all the receipts I had been collecting for tax purposes. When asked where the rest of my things were, they were completely incompetent, saying that they weren't responsible and that the car had gone through 3-4 other people before arriving at the dealership. They are unprofessional as they argued with me and treated me like I was in the wrong just because I was BARELY late on this current payment and the one previous(Which as I said before had been paid in full before thanksgiving so I was completely caught up until current) Please please please, do not take your hard earned money to these shady dealers. They are the exact stereotype of a crooked dealership. And I urge anyone that does have a bad experience to make it known publicly via google, facebook, yelp and any other place you can file a compliant and post a review. I personally also made sure to file a complaint with the BBB and OCCC. They should NOT be allowed to run a business seeing as they DO NOT have the customers best interests in mind and are just money grubbing, selfish people. Thank you for reading this, I understand it was long, I just am extremely agitated with this company in how I keep seeing people being screwed over by them. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! Car was purchased from them and had constant problems with it, when i returned it to the car lot so they could have their mechanic look at it and repair...they sold it stating it was abandon after only 4 days of being with their mechanic. They would not get car back and would not refund money so taking legal action against the car lot. read more

I strongly strongly urge you to look elsewhere for a car. I bought a car from here in December, then in April the transmission. Went out after I drove it only 3, 000 miles. I was ahead on my payments until May when I took it into the shop. They assured me that "you're a good customer, we will take care of you." I had moved three hours away and still managed to get the car in for repair, Upon Arrival I was told by Tom that "the owners weren't in that day, and that I would just have to find a ride home" back to Austin. He also assured me it would just be two weeks til they fixed it. I called a week and a half later and they still hadn't found a part for it, they were looking for a used transmission. At that point I was done dealing with these crooked people. They don't do what they say they will do and they don't give any cares to you other than to make money off of you. They claim Christianity but the Christian God I serve wouldn't condone such behavior. read more
