I have already had multiple items framed from this location, but recently I brought in four pieces. I piece I asked for some special modifications to the piece and they were able to accommodate all of my requests. You can't even tell where they made the modifications I asked for. The frame materials they use are the best and they really live up to the name "Fast". When I brought the items in, they told me when they would be completed and it wasn't that long of a wait. But to my surprise, they had them all finished a week sooner! The people who work there are also the best. Kate helped me and she is absolutely amazing! She was great at helping me pick out mat and framing, sizing and everything I needed. When I picked up the finished products, they were perfect! They even came out better than I expected. I have to drive an hour to get to FastFrame and there are other framing stores closer. But none do the same great work as FastFrame. I cannot recommend them highly enough and if you have anything you want framed, you'll be so happy with their work.

A05 gallery features work from a variety of artists in so many mediums. Dr. Seuss collection is one of their consistently highlighted pieces. In addition, they also have a Disney section. The key thing I like most about this art gallery is the uniqueness of the pieces - from African inspired pieces to Austin-centric pieces. There are works of art portrait-like to many items that are abstract, my personal favorite pieces of art. Today, I wanted to see if they had any lacquered pieces. The ones on display were of Marilyn Monroe and Madonna. Not sure I want to view these ladies every day... Smile. It was great to see Todd again, the manager of the store. But in February 2024 we went in with several prints to frame. The guy running the shop complained about how busy they were and how long it would take. He seemed to know nothing about matching frames and mats to the prints. All he could say was his brother would make it work. The shop was a mess with stuff piled everywhere. We should have walked out. It's now August and we have not heard anything about the status of our work. They don't answer the phone. They don't return calls, and the shop has been closed every time I've dropped by. You'll notice that all the other glorious reviews are quite old. This seems to be a once great family run business that has just fallen apart.

This guy helps you figure out what you need, how to get it done, and where to get the supplies. Then when you come back because you can't remember something he said, he helps you again. Patient, knowledgeable, and professional. You couldn't hope for more!
