Amazing, attentive, and thoughtful sales consultants! Today my little sister and I went into KS on a whim to browse, we were immediately greeted by the two sales associates on the floor. After browsing for a few moments, I found a pearl ring in the fine jewelry case. I had been looking for a pearl ring for about a month or so because our oldest sister passed away in December and her birth stone was a pearl and she loved them so much. I wanted a pearl ring to wear every day to keep her close. A wonderful brunette sales associate (who I regretfully forgot to ask her name) approached me to help me to pull it out of the case. I loved the ring named the Kathleen which is also my mother's name coincidentally. The ring in the case happened to be the perfect size for my finger and the last one and I knew I was leaving with it. I told her the significance of the ring and she was so sweet. I started to look at possible stacking rings, she pulled a few in different sizes and styles for me from the back and sat with me as I tried them on, ultimately I decided against getting a stacking pair because of the way the rings sat. My sister and I browsed for a little bit longer and she came out with one more size of the Kathleen ring that she found in another section, it happened to be my little sisters exact size, we purchased matching rings for our big sister. She told us then that we would be eligible for a discount when we purchased both the rings. When we went to checkout she told us she was so touched by our story and the reason we were purchasing that she wanted to give us both a June birthday necklace for free as a gift from her. I love Kendra scott but I was very sad when I heard about the collaboration of Kendra Scott and love shack fancy through social media because when I went to look for it I realized that they were all sold out . I was very disappointed that I did not get a email about this collaboration because I get emails about all the others ones . Meaning I missed out in one I really loved . They lost good money I would have bought multiple of them . I still will buy for them but this makes me really sad read more

Had an absolute wonderful experience from a customer service perspective while onsite in the store. I've had a Kendra Scott ring that I bought during my birthday month (50% off if you didn't already know) in November, and the ring is already being worn down from a color perspective and quality. The silver is being worn down, turning a copper color, and it's staining my skin as if I was wearing cheap jewelry (which this certainly was not at this price tag). They are so friendly and helpful at this location! A friend of mine bought me a pair of earrings for my birthday that ended up being a little too big for my tiny earlobes, so I brought them here to exchange. The woman I interacted with (wish I could remember her name to give her the proper acknowledgement) went to the back to grab me all the earrings they had in the particular color and then helped me find another pair since I still had a little store credit left over. She was so nice! She walked me through their new colors and explained how the color bar worked. It was a fantastic experience. I will not hesitate to come to this store again. She went above and beyond to correct one of her coworkers mistakes when I was deducted 15% off for a return that was a gift item. Absolutely amazing staff and service. I had a Kendra Scott ring that I bought at another location that quickly turned my finger green and then when I filed a customer service report online, I was sent a ring through the mail that was chipped. I went into this locations to see if there was anything they could do to help me and they replaced my ring and gave me top of the line service.
