Considering you have to trust someone with putting a tube in your behind, she really comes across as professional and down to earth. She gently puts the tube in and keeps an eye on the machines. She listens to you too. She works in a private room at a salon. This was a big deal to me because shes so clean and professional and it makes you feel safe. I have no proof that the owner has done ANYTHING that she promised to do or claimed that she had already done. So I feel that her word can no longer be trusted.
