This is my second visit to Nature's Spa and the experience was just as wonderful as my first time. Olivia greets you with a smile & makes you feel welcomed, for sure. Peggy was my therapist & she was GREAT! A totally different massage, then I received the last time, but just as relaxing & soothing. She put a little harder pressure on places that needed an extra deep massage. I also enjoyed the stretching with a towel part. Every therapist has their style & i enjoyed both. I recommend Nature's Spa to anyone who is needing a soothing, relaxing & peaceful atmosphere. Take it from me, you won't be sorry. After reading the reviews of several spas in Tucson, I booked a custom massage with Bailee as a Christmas gift for my 87-year-old mom. I was in town for a visit in early January, so I was able to drive her there, an easy 5 minutes from her NE Tucson home. I'm going to be honest; my mom argued against going, even in the car, nervous about a sore shoulder, and God knows what else. The first thing I noticed was that Nature's Spa is located in the Safeway complex, so there is lots of parking (always a plus). Next, the place smelled great! We had filled out all the paperwork online, so that was done. The staff member at the desk was friendly and welcoming. As for the massage, my mom should not have worried! When she came out, she was smiling and relaxed and said it was one of the best massages she had ever had, quite a compliment, as I've taken her to some high-end spas in L.A. when she's visited me. We received a gift certificate from our realtor for a couple's massage. We went there on President's Day. The front receptionist was so friendly and welcoming. We were put in separate rooms (I thought I had scheduled for the couple's room). My husband raved about his massage therapist. She was even able to improve his shoulder mobility!! This place is phenomenal! Nathan and Peggy are the best. Every time I go I feel like a new person. Two of the best massage therapists I have ever had. They are both really good at accommodating pressure. Either light or firm. It's not often I find someone that is actually willing to do a firm massage. Also, there online booking feature is amazing. I'm a mom to a young toddler and tend to catch up on things after she goes to bed. So it's not uncommon for me to book a massage at 10pm at night for a next day massage. My wife and I needed this! These ladies took very good care of us and were very accommodating, making sure to communicate very clearly with our needs and target the trouble spots both me and my wife have, as well as offering us a much needed prescription of aroma therapy; the rosemary was amazing! They were also very careful to match the level of pressure we wanted (my wife is about as tough as a peach while my muscles are like old jerky). I asked for a deep massage and she wasn't messing around! I felt like gumby walking out of there. I suffer from chronic back pain from a herniated disc and other injuries acquired during military service. One session at this spa left me feeling and moving so much better; wish I could do this everyday. I look forward to returning as often as I can for continued treatments. Thank you ladies so much! I had my very first massage with Peggy L - she is super skilled and it was amazing! She was very attentive throughout the duration of the massage and constantly checked in with me to see whether the pressure of the massage was comfortable, which I especially appreciated as a first-timer. I told her before the massage that one of my biggest areas where I carry tension is my neck/shoulders and Peggy made sure to make this a focal area.
