We hired Kenia Cleaning twice during our move process, once for a staging clean and again for a full move-out clean, and had a great experience both times. Kenia was very responsive, flexible with scheduling, and very fairly priced for the Arlington area. Our full move-out clean for a 2 bedroom apartment was $250, with an additional $32 for four window sills/tracks. Considering the amount of work involved, we thought the pricing was extremely reasonable. The cleaning itself was excellent. For our move-out clean we had a detailed checklist that included inside the oven, refrigerator/freezer, cabinets and drawers, degreasing the kitchen, deep bathroom cleaning, vents, baseboards, floors, and pet hair cleanup, and everything was handled thoroughly. Our landlord appreciated how we left the place thanks to Kenia! We really appreciated how accommodating and easy to work with Kenia was throughout a stressful moving process.
