Exquisite cuisine in a delightful setting. Ambiance was outstanding and service was good. The waiter has worked at Kennebec for 15 years and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

One word - delicious! Great service, great food, lots of options. Not just Mediterranean. Started with the Mediterranean plate and charcuterie. Hummus was good, but tzatziki was amazing. Duck was delicious, as was cannelloni. Red potatoes and salad, yum! Sour cream apple pie and tiramisu were a great way to finish. Be prepared for a slow, leisurely pace. Reservation was at 6:45 and we were seated promptly. After appetizers, dinner and dessert, we left at 9:20.

I called for a reservation and got accommodated which I was grateful for as this was a last minute reservation. They ask you to just arrive just 5 min or less before your reservation which was fine as well Can I tell you from the minute we sat down at bar, we received such hospitality. Our bar server was pleasant and our server Tyler was great. To top it off we enjoyed all of our dishes. Will definately go back

Llloved! This place. So perfect. From the food to the ambience. I had the glazed duck and my husband had multiple appetizers. We both eat gluten free and they have many choices. The waiter who happened to have lived in Tempe, AZ like us was so friendly. Also we deeply appreciated that they gave us our own private room because their patio was closed. It's a gorgeous atmosphere with beautiful paintings, beautiful service. Creative menu and excellent presentation. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful experience celebrating our first wedding anniversary. They brought us complimentary champagne and set us in the back in a more private area. Our waiter was extremely helpful and kind. To start we shared the Mediterranean mix and it was so good and had large portions. For dinner we shared the lamp chops and honestly it was one of the best meals of my life. Great flavors and perfectly cooked. We ordered a couple cocktails to wrap up the night which were also delightful. This place is such a great surprise in the middle of nowhere.

The steak was incredibly flavorful and practically melted in my mouth. What stood out most was how well everything complemented each other, the seafood, pasta, and steak created a perfectly balanced dish. My husband ordered the Ahi, and it was equally delicious, fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. We started with the calamari and were pleasantly surprised when it came with homemade fettuccine. It was honestly some of the best calamari we've had in a long time, perfectly cooked and beautifully paired. Overall, this is a great choice if you're looking for an upscale dining experience with thoughtfully prepared dishes. Definitely recommend.

We were seated on the patio and it took quite a while for our server to greet us. Once she did, she brought water and took our drink order. She returned with our drinks and said she would be back to take our food order. We had plenty to talk about while waiting, but she repeatedly walked past our table to attend to other tables without stopping. Eventually, I had to stop her and let her know we were ready to order. My wife and our friend's wife both ordered a pasta dish with sliced steak and spinach. My friend had a salad with salmon and a bowl of soup, and I ordered the filet with potato lasagna and spinach. As the evening went on, it became breezy and chilly. I asked another server if the patio heater could be turned on, and someone came over right away to help, which we appreciated. When our meals arrived, everything looked excellent and tasted very good. The food was definitely the highlight of the evening. Unfortunately, our server only stopped by our table once during the entire meal to check on us and it was lien she was in a rush to leave to table. We spent a long time waiting to see if she would ask whether we needed anything or if we were finished. It wasn't as though she had to go out of her way to reach us--she walked past our table numerous times while serving her other tables. Because of the lack of attention, I once again had to get her attention to let her know we were finished and ask for a dessert menu. I ordered the Dubai Chocolate dessert to go after she highly recommended it. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the description once I had a chance to eat it. The chocolate flavor was very mild, and the crunchy layer on the bottom was not particularly enjoyable nothing like a Dubai Chocolate. Overall, the food was excellent and deserving of praise. However, for a fine dining restaurant where both the food and drinks come at premium prices, the service fell well short of expectations. Great meals can make for a memorable evening, but attentive service is an important part of the fine dining experience, and unfortunately that was missing during our visit.

The location was perfect for us because we were able to easily walk there from our hotel. We were lucky enough to get outdoor seating, which made the experience even better. It was great to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful Durango weather, and people watch while having dinner. We decided to do a beer flight so we could sample a variety of their beers before committing to a full pint. It was a great way to try different styles, and we each ended up finding a favorite. Everything we tried was really good. My husband liked their Buffalo wings and whiskey burger, I enjoyed the seared tuna bowl, and our kids liked their pizza. It is definitely a busy and popular spot, especially during peak vacation times, so I would recommend putting your name in early and expecting there could be a wait. In our opinion it was worth it. Steamworks had a great casual vibe that worked well for both families and adults wanting to enjoy a brewery experience. The downtown location adds to the charm, and it definitely felt like one of those must visit spots while in Durango.
