I knew it was going to be a big change, so I wanted to bring him somewhere better than the regular local barber. I read a few reviews and decided to make an appointment at Robert James. And I am so very glad that I did. Shelly and Robert understood right away that my son was nervous, that he was shy, and that this was a big deal for him. And from the moment he sat down, they made him feel completely comfortable. They kept reassuring him that it was going to be great and that he was going to look and feel so much better.
