I returned at 7:00 PM when the owner was there. He told me he had nothing for me. When I explained that I had already paid for the order and requested a refund, he refused. Not only did I leave without the food I paid for, but I also did not receive my money back. What was most disappointing was the owner's attitude. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, he turned around and ignored me while I was speaking to him. This was extremely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this establishment. Customers should not have to worry about paying for an order, receiving nothing, and then being denied a refund. There are plenty of other businesses that value their customers and treat them with respect.
