I should have just ordered at the counter. got the half chicken with gandules rice and got a side of pink beans. food came out fast. the chicken was moist and flavorful. I still added hot sauce but I like my food spicy. will definitely come back. my friend wanted a Spanish or Cuban coffee but it's not offered here. if it either to go to dine in. the food will be in the take out container. This was a great spot for a quick meal. When I arrived I parked in the lot. I walked in and this spot was cozy. I ordered at the machine the: Chicken bowl with yellow rice, black beans, vegetables, house salad, fries salmon bowl with shrimp, yellow rice, black beans, street corn salad, potato salad, vegetables Dolce de leche Javier helped me and he was great. We tried the rotisserie chicken only but that is enough to give this place 5 stars. The chicken is moist, delicious and fresh. We also liked the green sauce and the bbq sauce that it comes with. The green sauce has a strong cilantro taste to it and I would say mild to medium spicy but it is certainly the perfect blend for the chicken. The bbq sauce is not very overpowering and just the right balance to it. The restaurant is also very clean and has friendly employee. We cannot wait to try the other meats in the menu! read more

This section of Aviation Plaza has several restaurants along a line of store fronts. One of the recent additions is Linden Rotisserie. They specialize in a lot of classic dishes such as Rotisserie chicken, pork, ribs, rice and more. The interior is nicely renovated with some nice wallpaper and a cool logo. They didn't just take over the spot, they tried to make it their own. Ordering can be done at the counter or you can order via a kiosk. I appreciated this modern touch and it helps move customer orders along quickly. The staff was very nice, though I think being a young business they are still working on getting the staffing levels right. It took a while for someone to appear at the cashier station and once I ordered my order took a good 15 minutes to come out. I had ordered a Rotisserie chicken and Maduros to go. When my food came out I asked if there was some type of green sauce with the chicken (a staple at most Rotisserie chicken places I have visited). The lady behind the counter showed me two small containers and I asked her for a couple more. She seemed a bit annoyed by this but was kind enough to throw two more in. Frankly, only two small containers of sauce for an entire chicken is not enough. The chicken was good, like a solid B- (for the record my A+ is Pio Pio's chicken). The green sauce was tasty, but again not the best I've had (that again falls on Pio Pio). The Maduros were also good. A tad on the dry side, but I've had worse. I was glad I tried Linden Rotisserie. It came with 1 side so I ordered the arrow con gandules. My son loved the rice and beans. The chicken was ok. It wasn't particularly special and was on the dry side. I also ordered the chicken soup. It was tasty and had alot chicken meat, pumpkin(?), and corn. The place doesn't seem to have their own special hot sauce. They just had cholula hot sauce or red hot. Overall a great place for takeout when you want something on the healthy side and dont want to cook! The chicken was very good but a little salty for my taste. I would try it again to see if it was just that batch. The ribs were delicious and well seasoned. The pink beans stole the show and were EXCELLENT.
