ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! Idk what some reviews are talking about because the chicken was fresh, juicy and crispy. The fries were crispy on the outside and warm & fluffy inside. The portions were generous and they gave me both sauces I wanted and both my daughter wanted. I also picked up a seafood salad with good. The place was clean and the service was very friendly and welcoming. And this was all late at night. I only wish that I had taken photos but it was just that good. We ate in the car, right out front. It's unfortunate it has to come to this because I've been ordering here for a good portion of the year. Not only have I ordered here myself, I've brought this place countless business by either telling people to order from here or they ordered with me because I decided to get food here. When I first started ordering here, there was no issue. A few months in, there were a few instances where I noticed a major shortage of rice, so after the second time it happened, I started mentioning it and requesting a little more rice every time I ordered just to play it safe. For months, it has not been an issue. In the last month and change, I've probably ordered here more than a dozen times. The last two times, the gentleman taking my order seems to have gripes over me asking for something they've been fine with for months -- even getting rude and speaking on top of me in a condescending tone, like as if he's not playing the role of customer service when he's on the phone with a customer. Also, it's quite ridiculous that they now seem to have an issue with me requesting something they've been perfectly fine with for months. I didn't mention it when they shorted me on vegetables that I pay for. I didn't mention it when they rang the doorbell on an order delivered near midnight when I specifically told them people were sleeping and not to do so. I didn't mention it when they shorted me on rice several of the instances it happened. I didn't mention it when they brought me the wrong drinks, which I gave away because I rarely if ever drink soda. If they feel it's worth losing a loyal customer that brought a good amount of business to them over maybe a few spoonfuls of rice every order, that's on them. And to be honest, when I asked for more rice, I more so was saying it so they could be mindful and not short me like they had a handful of times (they shorted me a few times even after I reminded them. If they don't appreciate my business, I'll take it elsewhere. Easy as that. read more

My boyfriend and I ordered food from here tonight and we were pleasantly surprised with how yummy the food was! We ordered a chicken parm sub and an Italian cheeseburger. Both tasted fresh and were delish. The food is very affordable as well. Docking a star for them forgetting ketchup packets that my boyfriend requested upon ordering. All in all, it was a very tasty dinner that didn't break the bank and it was a HUGE plus that they deliver - even in a blizzard! Adding this from my google reviews as the issue has only escalated over time with a degradation in quality as well: So I get the chicken and rice gyro platter from this place pretty frequently either from Uber Eats or DoorDash, and they seem to get my order correct about 50% of the time. I just wish they read the notes and customizations listed and follow those correctly 100% of the time. The food is good, and is definitely something that hits the spot as long as they follow what I've written. However, I don't know who owns the place or if there's really any consistency in the folks making the food, thus causing several issues where the order notes have been forgotten or not even taken into account. There's a lot to potential for this spot to be at the top but the lack of consistency and following direction is a major drawback for this dedicated customer and many others... Update 8/2021: This place has yet to meet up to expectations and can't even follow basic instructions... deliver wrong order most of the time, and rude customer service. Downgrading to 1 star... I wish they got their act together as the food is still somewhat decent. I don't know what happened over the past few months/years as the quality/consistency has decreased tremendously!!! read more

This was a UberEats delivery. The came warm. But throwing everything into a box was no good. Plate & fries so they can put sauce somewhere. Now getting to the food. Hmmm ok why are we still eating dinner fries in the year of 2018? They were ok! Jumbo shrimp were ok. I would love for them to get the recipe from Chinese buffet the hot that master. Went on a Tuesday at 8pm. Not exactly an off hour, but all they had was old, dry, and small chicken in the window. The potato wedges were huge and very-potato-y. I always call ahead to make sure the have the parts ready that I want. The fish is good too (tilapia or whiting). Potato wedges are big, crunchy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside. Like all Kennedy locations, they have a decent cake assortment for dessert (no homemade). Salads are commercial not homemade. They get 4 starts because of the readiness, quality, and taste of the chicken, the good staff, decent deserts, and quick delivery. Average (3 stars) on the salads. Let me start off saying that I love their chicken. We ordered it for my mother's memorial service. So, when it came time for my son's Eagle Scout ceremony their chicken was a must. I live in PA and my sister in the Woodbridge area. She was going to pick it up and bring to PA. I ordered weeks in advance. Called 5 days before the May 12th pick up date to confirm time. My sister arrives at 10:30 and no chicken. My sister calls me frantic. Then a lady at Kennedy Fried Chicken called me to tell me someone misplace my order. That they would put the chicken in now and it would take 45 minutes. My son's ceremony was at 1:00 with almost a 2 hour drive. When she called back to let me know the chicken was ready. They were not sympathetic to my situation and did not offer to give a discount or anything for this inconvenience. They took off the taxes for the chicken. A whole $6. I am so upset with this place and will not be using them in the future. It's a shame because their food is good and the prices are awesome, but they are lacking in customer satisfaction. I had 70 people that day and it was almost ruined because of this situation. I hope this does not happen to anyone else in the future. read more
