I…read morejust needed a couple of visits on random days when I work doubles and my husband goes in for his 24hour shifts... so lady #1 comes to give my 2 dogs lunch, she came in, fed the pups, cleaned the cat box (super unexpected and well above and beyond) gave everyone treats and played with my babes for half an hour. She then also sent me pictures of my trio and raved about how sweet they are. Lady #2 came later on to feed my pups dinner and blew me away with again feeding, playing treating she organized the cats area and picked up my dogs waste from the day (exceptionally above and beyond), in addition to also sending pictures and boasting about my affectionate pups. We were preparing for our first vacation without our dogs and I was stressed about finding somebody we could trust with our "kids". Gail was suggested by a local dog trainer and we couldn't have asked for anyone better. When she came for a meet and greet, our dogs are a little stand offish and Gail didn't mind and was willing to take them on. We got pictures and texts regularly and everything went great. The best part is I didn't worry about the dogs during our trip, missed them but didn't worry about them. And everything at home looked great when we returned. Now that we know Gail we won't hesitate to take more trips without the kids. I recommend Gail highly for home and pet sitting, and I can't imagine using anyone else.

Please also note the hours and the date on the email. I called on a Sunday and with the expectation of leaving a message and spoke to her and my first question to her was if she had openings. If you are so booked up four months out you don't expect me to believe that you didn't know that. Why not simply say I'm sorry I wasted your time and keep your excuses to yourself. I stand by the facts not feelings regarding this business and additionally if you wanted to respond ;6 months later is for sure too late. Maybe not let me guess you were busy being that you are at capacity!

Jessica has also provided us with overnight care when we have been out of town and has been very helpful with training tips when I have specifically asked. Jessica runs a wonderful company and she is respectful and kind in every way and even though at times I call what I think of as the last minute she finds somebody for me.
