Six months ago I posted my experience when I tried to book an appointment with this place. Six months later the owner decided to respond with sorry I felt that way along with a bunch of excuses. My post was not feeling based but factual. Please also note the hours and the date on the email. I called on a Sunday and with the expectation of leaving a message and spoke to her and my first question to her was if she had openings. If you are so booked up four months out you don't expect me to believe that you didn't know that. Why not simply say I'm sorry I wasted your time and keep your excuses to yourself. I stand by the facts not feelings regarding this business and additionally if you wanted to respond ;6 months later is for sure too late. 1st time I used Tammy she was 30 minutes late--no big deal. Second time hour and a half--third time over 3 hours late. Told her not to bother to come. Granted this was a few years ago---maybe she has become more punctual? Doubt it. Her work is no better or worse than most groomers. Prices are pretty standard. read more

I'm currently a resident of Seattle but lived in Arizona. After a break up I had to part with my beloved Pitbull Odin. He stayed with my ex in Arizona. I'm a groomer myself and used to take care of all his needs (what a sheddy mess he can be) so it's been rough for my ex boyfriend to keep up on his maintenance since Odin is a big boy and hard to groom at home. He put in for an appointment for pupparazi to come groom him and they did a wonderful job. He was so fresh and clean again and they even gave him a little tie (cute). Today we had our first app't with Denise, she was timely & did a great job grooming our Welsh Terrier. She also gave me some very valuable information regarding our dogs' skin. Already made our next app't! The next app't not so good. She ended up with ear infection & skin irritated due to not being rinsed well. Cost me several hundred dollars at the vet. read more

Had a great experience with Brittany, we have been using Petsmart in the past. However I have noticed our little pumpkin not liking her hair combed anymore. Kind of specious why she is acting this way now. So I wanted to bring in a mobile pet spa. Brittany called me when she was on her way, she was very nice and gentle to pumpkin. She took her into the van and started to work on her. I want to say about a hour later the door bell rang, and there she was all exited and happy. Looked liked she had a great time with Brittany, like she made a new friend. She was all groomed, nails done, and smelled pretty. I was very happy with the service here. We will definitely continue to use Puparazzi. They were very easy to work with. Went on line and e-mailed a request, received a call back to set up a day and time. No hassles at all. The only issue, but it's not a big issue. I would have like to been inside the van to watch. I just like the open door policy. read more

I was satisfied with my two chihuahuas. I mean, it's so nice the groomer came to my door, I didn't have to load my two dogs into a car, fight traffic, or even make any bath time messes at home if I chose to do it myself. The groomer very lovingly carried my dog out to their mobile grooming vehicle, and when the lady was done she brought him back and switched him for my other one. No hassles for me. My dogs were quite happy and so was I. I will be using this service again, but since I have Chihuahuas and they don't need haircuts, just baths, I only need their service every other month or every couple of months. read more

I have used Tammy , the owner, many many times.. She's very knowledgeable, she has been working with animals her whole life and knows things I wouldn't have known to ask about. My shih Tzu is protective and can be difficult but she gained the trust of my dog. She did everything, cleaned out ducts, took all the hair out of his ears, nails were trimmed and filed, he smelled deliciousand she also has an organic.brand of dog treats. Her company is great for all but especially those who work and need a mobile service, she will go into your home , grab your pet, groom him or her and place them back in your home soooooo awesome! Not only do they pamper and care for you pet but they also give back to the rescue groups around town. Being mobile is hard. You have unexpected things happen every day (traffic . no shows. UPDATE: Super disappointed in them, we schedule appts 4 weeks in advance, they do not call the day before to confirm, then when you miss an appointment they charge you and by the way the lady who called to tell me we missed it was as rude as can be, listen I was at a funeral no I am not running home to have my dogs groomed! The lady said well we sent you an email, yeah I went checked the email after our convo and right on the bottom it says "we don't always check our emails so please call for cancellations" so then you are aware people are not constantly checking their emails and you still don't call to confirm. The ONLY reason I didn't give 1 star is because Colton was always very sweet and great with our dogs. Unfortunately after numerous emails from the owner being consistently rude demanding my review come down and calling me a liar this place deserves less than 1 star. read more

I'm never quite certain how to rate top-rate service BUT where I feel the price was very steep, and that is how I feel about Puparazzi Mobile Pet. They provided a service I needed because I rescued a senior cat from being euthanized and since no papers were given to me on her, PetSmart and other stationary-location groomers would not groom her. My hairdresser recommended Tammy of Puparazzi (she grooms her cat). Tammy came to my house on a day it was ~ 105+. The mobile unit was pleasantly cool and had a great energy. While their normal charge for grooming a cat is $85, Tammy gave me a senior discount of five dollars off, for a total of $80. I felt even $80 was very steep, especially for my pocket book, but my long-haired cat needed grooming and she would not allow me to groom her. Thankfully, she allowed Tammy to groom her, and Tammy did a superb job of it. I rate Tammy's Mobile GROOMING service at the highest level, five stars, but give it four stars as an overall rating because of the steep price. I happily recommend Puparazzi to others. Tammy groomed my cat without my cat being stressed out, and Tammy was pleasant and professional...just what is needed for finicky, timid, stressed-out cats. While I cannot afford to have this long-haired cat groomed as often as I'd like (because it is expensive), I definitely will request Tammy groom her again. read more

I contacted Shelley Marano to schedule an appointment and she emailed me back right away. She was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I'm moving in the next 10 days about 4-5 miles east and I don't think she covers that zip code. I would absolutely choose her to groom my Shih Tzu 10x over if I could just judging by the photos of her work and her professionalism. Pupparazzi is awesome. Tammy is very knowledgeable and great with dogs. Our dog loves being pampered by Tammy and looks amazing each time she is groomed. Making appointments is easy (but like any other appointment you make it is up to you to mark it on your calendar, even though they send an email a few days before the appointment) and they work hard to accommodate their clients. A mobile groomer is subject to traffic delays and dogs that require more time, but Tammy has never failed to show up within a reasonable time frame. My name is Elizabeth and I had a less than satisfactory experience of dealing with the founder/owner of the puparazzi mobile pet spaw. I first contacted by phone at least 3x which I have phone report proof of. Then after multiple times of unsuccessful calls that are all programmed to go to their main voice mail I decided to email. Several days went passed and no return call nor email from the company. By a last ditch effort to reach the company I decided to leave a voicemail and I received a call back however it wasn't the pleasant experience I had hoped for. I was told to just email for pet grooming services which were 6-8 weeks out either way, even though I had already emailed to the CORRECT email address, while I made the attempt to provide the information to the neglectful woman on the phone. My efforts were dismissed in an abrupt way instead of apologizing for never receiving a call or email back. I was told I sent the message to the wrong email address and to just email again. When I finally received a response from the company I was brushed off for the last time. I was informed that UNLESS our dog was signed up to get started on repetitive grooming cycle paparazzi couldn't groom my dog. Unbelievable!! Business is earned by good customer service and follow-up ethics. I received horrible customer service by this franchise owner that now believes she is too large and busy to assist their average customer. Last week I found that there are countless grooming mobile services, which by the time puparazzi finally emailed me on the 4th attempt to contact them, my dog had already been groomed because much to my satisfaction other grooming companies care more about quality of customer service than puparazzi. Of course I would never sign up to do business on a repetitive basis prior to first testing the companies response times and care for their clients along with providing good grooming services. We have been using this company on and off for over a year now and sometimes they are an hour early. The reason we use this company is because we take care of a blind, quadriplegic, brain damaged family member and it's hard for us to get out of the house, so convenience and being on time is important to us due to Dr apts and things of that nature. Yesterday we had an apt at 4pm and we got a call shortly after 4 saying that the owner herself was washing the Company van and would be late. Of course we said this was fine and was expecting them to be only be a little late. Almost an hour went by so we called to cancel our apt due to having other plans and nobody answered so we had to leave a voicemail. About another half an hour rolled by and all of a sudden they are outside our house and evidently didn't receive our voicemail regarding cancellation. We went ahead and decided to get the services done for our animals anyway considering they were already outside, but we were unable to get the dog who needed the services the most done, being as she had already left for home with her owner because the owner being a relative couldn't wait around any longer. The excuse of why they were late due to getting their grooming van washed during and before a paying customers apt was that they had an expo to go to which isn't our fault or our problem. I don't understand why a professional business wouldn't just get their van washed AFTER seeing their customers. By the way all we needed was our dogs nails clipped. read more

The first time getting an appointment was a pain because the owner wanted me to email her the appointment request. So why have a number to call if you can't make an appointment right then?? So I still tried them. Since I was a new customer I had to send them my pet information. When the groomer arrived I had to give her my pet information again - seems to be miscommunication between owner and groomer. I called last week to make an appointment, the owner answered and again said she could not take my appointment and I needed to email her. I told her I was driving and she said "Well - I can't see my appointment book right now." So I called the next day and left a message for getting an appointment on Monday. No reply. Called on Monday and talked to the owner again - no apology for not returning my call and of course they have no appointment times. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER FOR APPOINTMENTS IF YOU CANNOT TAKE THE APPOINTMENT!!! RIDICULOUS!!!! read more

The first time after I adopted a Jake my Lhasa Apso, I took him to the groomers inside one of the big chain pet stores and it was awful, it looked like my poor dog had gotten into a fight with a pair of scissors and lost, not only that but he seemed terrified .After going on vacation and coming home to find my dog smelly and matted, I called Tammy at Puparazzi, FIrst of all we are pretty much out of her way but she decided to take us on, Jake Loves her ,wags his little tail everytime he sees her. She always does a great job, he looks great and smells wonderful (blueberry facial all the way!)................It is worth every penny to have her come to our door and not have our poor lil pup traumatized. Another thing, she always works around my work schedule, specially when I have to reschedule. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a mobile groomer! read more

Worst groom ever. Bought a "package" that listed what would be included, half of the items listed were not done (sanitary was done, butt trim was not, shampoo done, ear trim not done, nails not trimmed, still sharp and curling over (health hazard). I have no idea if the teeth were brushed or not). Out of 13 items on the list, there are only 4 I can tell were actually done. I will never use this service again. read more

Worst customer service ever. Booked an apt. 6 weeks in advance. The owner sent me three emails changing the groomer twice (I specifically asked for the same groomer) changed the time once. After waiting an hour past the apt time the groomer called to say she was running super late and would be another 20 min (5:30 pm). Not the groomers fault. I told the groomer to cancel the apt - unacceptable service. This owner is all about the money; scheduling too many apts in one day....Never again and definitely will not recommend. Tammy took extra special care with our girl Gretchen, a older Rottie, she is very professional and her mobile wash on wheels is spotless we were very happy to have Gretchen bathed on site and she looked amazing. We have only had a little, fluffy dog for a little over a year. We always had big dogs that you just bathed. So, we contacted Puparazzi and they are wonderful. The appointments are easy to make. They come at the right time. The groomers are nice and really care about Tia. I guess she behaves in the van because they always say she was a good girl. We've had Tina and Lisa and they are both very pleasant. Tia comes out so cute and stays that way until she runs in the mud. Oh well read more

Tammy was amazing! From start to finish, she was willing and able to work with my very elderly, anxious, black and white cattle mix dog, Diego. She cleaned him beautifully and he still looks and smells great weeks after his grooming experience. She even gave me some tips about how to keep his white fur whiter by changing out the leash we were using on him. It is definitely working! Just had Denise groom my Pekingese for the first time today. When she got here and we discussed cut I was surprised to hear they don't shave certain breeds of dogs due to the way their coat grows. She was quite knowledgeable in this area and informed me Tammy the owner does not allow it. I was not sure it was going to work out, but once she explained the future harm to my dogs coat from repeated shavings I knew I had to try something else. I had visions of my dog in the future with the full Pekingese coat sweeping the floor, I knew I could not maintain that. Needless to say I was skeptical for nothing. He turned out gorgeous! Denise trimmed his coat in a way that will not harm it's future appearance or feel, and he still has a tidy short do I can live with. No more shaving, no more dropping my dog off to spend 3-4 hours at the groomers in and out of cages. Denise was so knowledgable, scheduling was easy, and you can't beat front door service. From our experience today I would definitely recommend Puparrazzi to my friends and family. My dogs coat has not felt or looked this good since he was a puppy. read more
