A lady came out with pink head phones and did not give her name. she told me that she did not know what I was there for! I again explained I want a bath, brush towel dry and I would wait in the front office so they didn't have to kennel my dog! she said she didn't understand what I wanted? at this point I decided that for my dogs saftey I would not leave my baby with this person who seemed to be very irritated at me for asking for a small accommodations so my dog would have a good experience . Everyday when we arrive we are greeted with smiles and love. My Bella gets so excited when we pull in and the staff really love their job. You can feel the love when you walk in the door instantly. Just a great place with great vibes and you can tell everybody loves it here. All of the pups are happy and I also love the different events they have throughout the month that you can sign your pup up to. The cameras are a great addition to feel at ease if you are wondering how your pup is doing. I even got my pup a bath a couple of weeks ago and she looked great after while smelling so good. I noticed a significant difference in my cats behavior when she is visiting verses when I would leave them to 'fend for themselves'. The updates she writes are thorough, well detailed and always include a picture. Each visit includes an invoice in advance with time for you to make changes if needed. She's dynamically handled several pet type situations, 2 cats, 2 cats indoors with one cat outdoors, hamsters, toads and even cared for a litter of 7 kittens I am fostering most recently for a week. She will feed fish and water plants too. She also handles my large dog 80+lbs with ease. She genuinely likes the animals and I've already got another visit scheduled. :) She's awesome.

Piper started seeing Heather about a month ago. She was 5 months old. Jumping non stop, biting, not…read morelistening and within 5 visits she now is so happy to see us but she stays closer to the ground and when told "off" she does. Below is a summary of her journey. We sent her to Heather for "recall" we live on a big piece of land and the wildlife is more active. We need Piper to come when called and leave whatever she is doing. She now 80% of the time will come when called! Its amazing - I would spend 45 minutes trying to catch her at times. What I wanted was someone to help teach Piper these skills without changing her sweet personality. Piper also loves Heather's husband who also helps with the training. Heather does the training with a playful but learning experience for the dog. It's not like your typical training, where you are in a regiment that is more of a demand than a slow, teaching process. Heather's training style is what I would call a kinder approach to learning. Piper is still going but only 2 times a week. She is working on socialization with her dogs. Grooming table etiquette. She has learned some new tricks this helps with obedience in a fun way. Piper loves to learn, and that is some thing that I never really thought about when having a pet that they need to be entertained with learning a skill rather than just Puppy playing. Piper was already a great dog, but having these 9 hour a day training days has helped her become more confident pet living in our world. She has zero separation anxiety. We are still having Piper attend Puppy K All Day she looks forward to it and it reinforces what she's been learning. Best decision on training.

There are so many good trainers out there, but we wanted something tailored to our boy and our needs. We set up a phone conversation, and it was great. She understood what we needed and wanted for our boy. We set up a meet greet so she could meet Finn. Heather offered so much knowledge, and her interaction with Finn was great!!!!!! I knew right away it was a great fit, and I was right. We have done 20 days with her, and Finn has learned so much. He is a great puppy. I can only imagine what a great boy he will be as he grows up. Finn has made good friends with Thiago and Tater and has a special bond with Heather's husband Jer as well. They have set high expectations for our boy Finn, and he is extremely happy around them, always learning and training. Finn has enhanced his obedience, recall, touch, counter surfing, jumping, and barking skills, many of which he has completed with flying colors. Heather has also helped us be better owners and how to understand our boy as he grows. Teaching us self-discipline and better ways to lead him and help him be his very best. Heather also offers daily videos of his training, which helps us continue that training. Her medical advice has been a bonus, and her connections are a blessing. There is just not enough space on here to cover all the great things I wanted to say. Heather, "Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being fantastic with our boy. You have planted seeds of wisdom, courage, and love in him. Something I know today that has surprised us is that even after Finn is all grown up, We will remain friends with Heather and Jer always.
