There is an extra $18 fee for using C&C instead of the DMV, but it is worth it. I got my duplicate license with a new address in about 5 minutes including paperwork, photo, and payment. The service was very friendly, as it tends to be here in Louisiana, which was very nice coming off a long day of work and dealing with *tons* of paperwork with regards to my recent real estate purchase. I would definitely recommend this place to someone in a time crunch like me, or to anyone who really has better things to do with their time than stand in line/sit in line/generally torture themselves at the DMV.
