I went to this dentist office for decades. After many years…read moreno complaints ..I even referred plenty of patients to them. I went under my husbands policy. I set up a whole family appointment and updated all of my information and everything went well. Approximately 1.5 years later I got a bill for me only. I tried my best to work with the office; Rhianna explained to me her office put the claim under my old policy number. After yes later we are still Going back and fourth between insurance and the office. I was advised from my insurance company this is not my fault the dental office should of submitted the claims on a timely matter and I am not responsible. I have spoken to other dental office managers and showed them and explained the situation they also agreed I am not responsible for this bill. Years later yes years later I am still getting a bill. I requested to speak to the owner and Rhianna once again stated it is my responsibility and the owner will not reach back to me regarding this matter. Once again this is a disappointing situation and I truly did try to resolve this. Sooo if you want to get hit with a bill years later after service then this is the place.
