I went in for emergency care because my dentist is Jewish and was worshiping but my wisdom tooth had me in agony. Turns out I had an infection (not cavity) near the bone because of how the tooth was growing ( in an "S" formation close to the root). At the time of the visit, I had taken nearly a bottle of Motrin and could not find relief. The reception and dental assistant were both very gentle and sweet, constantly checking on me while I waited. The wait wasn't ridiculous despite there being about 5 families/ groups ahead of me. After about 30 mins I saw the dr who was a young Jewish guy, very caring and warm. He took his time to look at the images. He explained because of how the tooth was growing they'd have to extract it but because of how it would affect my bite, they had to insert an implant at a later date. What I didn't expect was the projected bill of $11,000 despite having insurance. Baby! I would take that tooth out myself from the pain and that cost. I was flabbergasted. Like why? For transparency I am showing the bill. Thank God he prescribed me some pain medication to help me get through the night and the next morning I went right back to my dentist. Even the next day, his staff called several times to check up on me and see how I was doing. Again, 10 stars on the patient care. That price though is a straight hustle.

I walked into the Lynbrook office in October 2023 and met with the best dentist I have ever had, Dr. Laura Izzo. Dr. Izzo did a complete evaluation and set out a plan, and they were very upfront concerning the maximum possible cost. The plan took several months to complete, and not only did we come in at $1,400 under the aforementioned "max," but the result of their work is a thrilled patient who feels he has teeth (and life) again! Dental365 is my dentist for life!

I'm going to be honest. I have only been to this location twice and I'm not happy at all. First…read moretime I was there I was told I needed a cleaning which cost about 1,200... which I found weird... I did cleaning since I trusted them and during my cleaning the lady stopped my cleaning to order uber eats with her co worker while I had stuff hanging out my mouth during a procedure... couldn't believe that a coworker would walk in during my procedure to have her tap the phone to order..... unprofessional! I never said anything at first bc I really wanted to give this place a chance but nope!! Too much signs that signal this is not a proper operating dental office. I also hear arguing between co workers in hallway, and the women cleaning my teeth in between my visits kept getting up during my appointment to go in hallway. I was waiting for a very long time. I'm 30 years old and never had anything wrong with my teeth, it seems like this is a routine charge for new patients where every-time they're telling you that you need this deep cleaning. She made judgmental comments about how come I get my nails square she doesn't like them square... not sure what that has to do with my appointment. Then after paying 1,200 for a deep cleaning ..she tells me to come in 3 months for a cleaning but it's not covered by my insurance until 6 months. If I just paid 1,200 for a deep cleaning why would you tell me to come in 3months when it's not covered ... isn't that the point of deep cleaning???? Why is it a problem to come 6 months when it's actually covered?! The whole visit felt unprofessional and forceful. 2nd visit was today bc after my cleaning months later I had stains in between my teeth which I did not have prior to visiting this office. She then tells me stains are from the mouth rinse she gave me which makes no sense bc it's mouth wash.... Shes always distracted and rushing. She's rushing while scraping on my gums then goes to another patient to finish there visit to then come back to finish my visit. It feels unorganized, professional, scam like. She then tells me to come back in 3 months..... it feels like there practice is not conducted to take care of patients with honesty and care it feels like they just want our money. Why is it that the only 2 times I'm there, there giving 3 different patients the same speech they gave me telling us we need deep cleaning... be careful... I won't be coming here anymore. The women in front are kind, except one woman who always sounds like she has an attitude over the phone.

Scamming Dental Office…read more These folks use scare tactics....cancer concerns, gum disease... total snake oil salespeople to sell naive folks Arestin My young adult daughter got taken and came home crying in the driveway with a huge bill. This Arestin, no matter how it's pitched is non-sense that's not a covered item under any dental plan. The office knows it but they'll tell you oh we're not sure what each Ins co will pay. Don't worry They'll also pitch the need for a mouth guard for grinding an Invisalign just to get deeper into your pockets. Don't use em. They up-charge for fluoride and irrigation... of course not covered. It's amazing how amoral this place is!! They very Straight face about it too

Love the office and adore the staff and Dentist, Dr. Zoya…read more I go for cleanings twice a year. Dr. Zoya has a new machine for wrinkles. I discussed this laser technique with her on my last visit. She said painlessly she can rid my wrinkles around my mouth. This seems like such a great alternative to getting needles. And will make my entire face more youthful without the lines dragging down my smile.

I debated for a long time about writing this review. I was angry for a while and didn't want to…read moresound emotional, but enough time has passed for me to share my experience clearly. My Invisalign treatment with Dr. Yadgarov began in July 2022. I chose her because I liked her approach and she had flexible office hours, including weekends. I also underwent significant periodontal work beforehand, and it was understood my case would require a slower, more careful process. Problems began by tray 17 of my first set of aligners when one lower tooth stopped tracking properly. The tray began forcing the tooth against another, creating extreme pressure. I repeatedly raised concerns and eventually had to push for a rescan after even sending photos showing the issue. Despite restarting treatment (a new set of 20 trays), the same tooth never fully corrected. Dr. Yadgarov decided to shave the tooth to help it fit into the aligner, but she shaved too much, leaving it looking chipped, pointy, and uneven. Eventually, by the 20th tray, I was told, "I think we're done," even though I still had serious bite issues. After treatment, my bite had significantly collapsed. I had virtually no bite on one side and difficulty chewing normally. Multiple dentists, periodontists, and NYU Dental all told me the case should have been addressed much earlier and ultimately recommended restarting with braces. I was also told my plan was labeled "moderate," typically including two rounds of trays, which made me question whether cost played a role in stopping treatment when it did. Before starting, I was told my fee covered treatment until completion. On top of that, I had difficulty getting the buttons removed because other providers would not evaluate me until they were taken off, which delayed my ability to seek proper follow-up care. I should also mention that I had a cleaning done by Dr. Yadgarov because I was told that her office accepted my insurance. After the appointment, I was charged $150. I reminded her that she had specifically told me they took my insurance. Her response was, "Yes, we take your insurance, but we never said it would be covered completely." I found that response ridiculous given how frequently I was in the office for nearly two years, I felt basic insurance verification should have been handled upfront. During my search for follow-up care, no provider was willing to complete retainers or take over the case, leaving me feeling that the treatment was never properly finished. Over the next two years, the consequences were significant. I lost two teeth, required implants, needed a crown replacement, and ultimately had to undergo multiple prosthodontic procedures just to restore a functional bite. Based on everything I experienced, I personally believe Dr. Yadgarov's approach was not appropriate for my case and that financial considerations appeared to outweigh patient outcomes. I chose to proceed despite mixed reviews, and I regret that decision. If it was not going to be a straightforward Invisalign treatment, and she couldn't handle it, she should have recommended me to a periodontist to complete the work. This was irresponsible. What should have been a straightforward Invisalign treatment turned into years of pain, corrective procedures, and lasting damage I will continue to deal with.
