Not only that, but Philip is awesome at making just the right amount of conversation and doesn't make you feel awkward when (like me) you have to keep working while in the chair. She was running behind due to some lovelies having updos done but took care of me. Toni & Guy and their ridiculous new rates and no scheduling app can delete my profile. I've found my new salon! She does what EVERYONE should do- keeps real track of what colors and cuts she did for a customer, communicates extremely well and does the right thing. Even the other customers there when I arrived said I was in great hands, and they were right! I've been in customer service for over 20 years, and I give her an A+ for doing the right things!! Online appt tools are better than the big guys too. Love it!
