I've been going to London since 2016 and she has been amazing! She has always gotten me to my hair goals and has taken me from an icy platinum to "bronde" to now a nice natural looking balayage. Throughout the years I've gone to London, she has always been upfront about what we are able to achieve in my session and if multiple sessions would be needed. She takes care in making sure to achieve these goals while also being mindful of hair health. I've additionally bought a couple different hair halos with London and her color match and was quite literally perfect, and in the near future I plan on getting hair extensions as her work there looks fantastic as well! London is a friendly person. She however, charged my daughter $55 for a trim and charged her $187 for an Ombré color which is listed as $150 on her website. She also told her she needed products to keep her hair color the same. Another $83. Which she never told her the price. My daughter told her how disappointed with the color she had gotten. London told her she'd have to come back for another treatment to fix it. We WON'T be going back. And I RECOMMEND NO ONE EVER GO TO HER!! read more

I appreciated that she went over what to expect if I went with an overall color or just continued with my highlighting. I bought a couple products from her as well. So far they are working out great for my baby fine hair. I also like that she has the same type hair that I do. That makes me feel more confident that she knows what I'm experiencing with my hair.
