I then was left with no option but to take it to someone else. They figured the issue out within 10min of looking at my car. It turns out the altanator tensioner was completely missing. Rusty had tried to jerryrig the part which was done with the wrong part. If you value honesty don't go to Rusty. He is a lier and he will probably break your vehicle more than what is is already broken. He is completely clueless as to how to properly fix vehicles and he will not keep his word about abything.
