It's fast and efficient, and even on the cheapest option ($10.00) my car always looks show-room ready in less than 3 minutes. Once I am through the automated car wash, I can then pull in to one of the numerous bays to vacuum and detail the interior. I have never had a problem with finding a parking space, and the overhead shade provided is great on those really hot North Carolina days. The vacuums always have plenty of suction to tackle the sand in my carpets from going to the beach, and the attendants always make sure that there is plenty of room in the garbage cans conveniently located throughout the parking lot. As I said at the beginning, I have gone to this car wash for years now and I have never had a single issue. I recommend this place for anyone who wants a quick yet thorough wash on their investment.

Several of the vacuums are either off, broken or very little suction from the hoses. Employees block the exit from the wash leaving very little room to drive around to the vacuum cleaners. I debated hard between places and landed in tint world because of some people i know. Honestly, i was between 2&3 stars because of the quality of work for the value. All places i called were in the 280-300 range for basic tint. I was happy until i got in it and drove home.... there is just some laziness to basic cutting that really bothers me. When you pay 290 for tint and wait patiently for 2 hours you would expect quality but there is cuts that are off and just feels like it was poorly cared for. Not a lot of bubbles so thats a win but the cuts being off doesn't bake out. The cost to take it elsewhere and get it pulled isn't really smart. I recommend you ask around if you want quality work! They said I needed wipers that I just replaced about a month ago, but hey what better way to trap a customer than to say you need wipers so I said ok replace them, mind you the tech was a young lady and I noticed she was struggling with the passenger side wiper, another young man comes by and asks her if she needs help, he then proceeds to push up on the hood of the car attempting to help her he then tries himself and I hear the wiper arm slam against the windshield, that's when I had enough, aside from the lady wearing pig tails working over a running engine, I walked out and said IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOURE DOING THEN I WILL DO IT MYSELF.... Young guy says with a smart tone "if you think you can then try"..... I close the hood install the wiper and walk back into the waiting room.... Was still charged 44$ when I should have been charged 22 because I installed the passenger wiper....managers train your floor techs better

I've been to this location several times before without any issues, so I expected a similar level of service. However, this visit was very different. To start, no one asked me what type of oil I wanted, nor did they explain pricing beforehand. Even as a returning customer, I believe that kind of communication is essential. I tried multiple times to speak with someone, but the technician was often outside or quickly moving between tasks, making it difficult to get any answers. I also noticed that another customer who arrived after me for the same service had their car completed and returned before mine. When I asked about it, I was told they were short-staffed, and while the technician did apologize, it didn't fully address the concern. While waiting, I received no updates on my vehicle's status, whereas other customers were being kept informed. As the only person of color in the lobby, I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable about the difference in treatment, though I cannot say definitively what caused it. Lastly, my oil change reminder was not reset, even though the paperwork indicated that it had been. This lack of attention to detail added to the overall frustration. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I encourage others to be mindful and attentive to the level of service they receive here.

I watched the short light skin girl act like she was pouring something from an opaque container. They need better actresses because it was clear nothing was going into my car. I'd been here a couple times before so I just chucked it up to maybe I was being paranoid and she was pouring the last bit of oil in there. I needed an oil change BAD and when I pulled my oil plug literally the next day the oil was BLACK. They will never steal from me again. Do not waste your money at this dishonest business.
